Dude, HHH was never going to make it as an actor, anyone who knows anything about Paul Levesque the man knew that. He's waaaaay too much of a wrestler. People say he's always been overly obsessed with the business, almost as much as Vince.
Kane was great in acting ... Man could've got success in Hollywood if he seriously went full time in Hollywood at that time .... But based on his honesty, i believe he was just okk with Vince for giving him a chance in WWE so he never left the company
Honestly I think Austin isn’t really trying to be a big leading man and is just happy taking roles when he’s approached but I don’t think he actively pursues acting roles
I’m pretty sure there was an episode of broken skull where a viewer asked why he didn’t get big into movies. He basically said it wasn’t his thing being on movie sets and stuff!
See No Evil 2 is one of the few Live action WWE movies I genuinely like. Feels like a simple tribute to 80’s slashers and I really enjoy it. It doesn’t have that nasty color or irritating characters like in the first as well. Plus I’ve always got a soft spot for seeing Danielle Harris in a random movie
Nah dog stone cold movies go hard. Condemned, damage, recoil, those are 3 movies he was the lead for and they were good. Longest yard expendables tactical force were good as well.
Heard and read articles that Triple H was considered to play Thor before the first film, might have been interesting considering the man literally looked like a God with that physique.
Stone cold has done awesome movies. The condemned, longest hard, grown ups 2, the expendables (first one), etc. he didn’t fail in Hollywood he just doesn’t do much. He focused more on his podcast.

I remember Ted DiBiase Jr. had one film as lead actor. Bobby Lashley had few stunt fighting roles. Shawn Michael had a supporting role in one of TV series. They did forgot to mention Hollywood Hulk Hogan. He already had his name before Dwayne the Rock Johnson, Dave Batista, & John Cena, but they're seems to be more popular than him overall.
Fun fact , in 2011 I went to a WWE live event. While waiting in line at merch a guy came asking if I’d watch a movie trailer and do a survey. I did it. It was a triple h comedy film. It was horrible lol. I completely flamed it on the survey.
I agree with your comments about Stone Cold... But then the same applies to the Rock...i mean he literally plays the Rock in every movie. He should have been hampered by that in his movie career, but it seemed to actually help him. It's surprising that it didn't work for Austin. Can anyone explain why?

Stone Cold could have been another Chuck Norris type actor who just really plays the same character all the time. Kane...See No Evil wasn't exactly a great introduction to Hollywood. It wasn't a good film and didn't really give him a chance to show much if any range, but it sounds like he wasn't that interested anyway. Big Show is not bad in comedic roles but he's always going to be seen as The Big Show, it makes it hard to cast him in anything. His sitcom wasn't awful if you like that Boy Meets World type of show. Very kid friendly, canned laughter but there is heart in there. That was probably his best chance at breaking into Hollywood. Randy is still pretty young, I could still see him breaking into movies if he really wanted to. I'm not sure he's a leading man though, more part of an ensemble. Like if they were to make another Police Academy movie, he could be one of the no fun guys that gets pranked by the main characters. HHH, I think his heart is in WWE and I don't think he's all that interested in a Hollywood career. Maybe if things didn't turn out the way that they have, he might have pursued it. I'm actually surprised that The Undertaker never really made much of an effort at an acting career. Based on his time in wrestling, he's someone with a lot of potential as an actor. Maybe he just isn't interested.
Randy Orton was going to star in the WWE film “The Marine” but given his dishonorable discharge from the Marines, the Marine Corps let it be known to WWE that they did not want Orton starring in a movie as a Marine, and John Cena was cast instead, starting his acting career.
This is so mixed up and false. The Marine 1 in 2006 was always going to be John. Also, if this were true, they would’ve had to cast him TWICE knowing he was dishonorably discharged because he was actually casted in 2013 for the 3rd entry but then what you said was what happened and they actually re-casted Orton with The Miz.
