Heavy disagree, I feel u don't understand the true power of his Lebron-ness.
He would break gokus ankles, severely reducing his combat abilities as well as reduce the oxygen to his brain via him saying the word "apples". And due to goku already being an idiot, this lack of oxygen would impede his ability to think even further.
However, we can easily argue that LeBron would just use the infinity gauntlet or his chaos Emerald strength to hold goku down and make him drink a spirt cranberry. Which is a certified instant kill.
He could also just use the time stone to go to the past and sneak some sprite cranberry into gokus drink and kill him b4 the battle even begins

You can easily get him stronger than Archie, they both share a cosmology and scale above Solaris who was going to wipe out the cosmology completely, since then Sonic has shown capable of surpassing the level of his 06 Super form in base

Chaos emeralds at worst enable all hits to be tanked and at best put Lebron at Solaris level which can wipe reality on top of tanking all hits. Sonic and Shadow have both played basketball so they can work with him on using the chaos emeralds at their peak power.
PLUS no bad team mates means Charles Barkley at prime is in the team which gives Lebron a chaos dunk against Goku if he has 100 years prep time and he's in his peak. I see no way Lebron loses this unless his character flaws give him the loss which would be Goku plot armor.

So I disagree with the point of the infinity gauntlet being bad. The movie version is bad but the comic version isn’t. In the infinity gauntlet storyline thanos inprisons all the cosmic entities including characters like galactus and infinity. He even becomes infinity itself because he has become the most powerful.
The comics only work in its own universe though.

The chaos emeralds give Lebron the win here, assuming he knows how to use chaos energy, each emerald has its own separate ability, but all of them have immeasurable energy and can manipulate time and space with chaos control as far as his super form would go the strength of the super form you get from the emeralds depends heavily on your state of mind while using them seeing as he has 100 year to prepare himself mentaly and emotionally lebron should clutch a W no problem this is going purely of of the games if we are using the archie emeralds lebron would simply be untouchable

Unless Lebron has a Dr. Eggman level coach to teach him how to use the Chaos Emeralds, he's not gonna be able to use them. And to get that type of teacher, he'd need to use the gauntlet to find a Sonic or Mega-Man universe to either get a teacher or obtain Mega-Man's Super-Adaptor (which would work with the Chaos Emeralds due to the canonical crossover between MegaMan and Sonic in the comics). Only then will he be able to utilize a Super Form potentially and be able to tank the back-lash of the MCU Gauntlet. Then he could go around freely in search of the SUPER Chaos Emeralds to unlock a potential Hyper form! Are we cooking, chat?

Ok so,lebron james is possibly street level and things to highlights is that he has the chaos emeralds and the infinite gauntlet (the prep time is something ill go deep later) the chaos emeralds are really powerfull,enough to move earth tectonic plates, the thing is that for more potential you should have a lot experience or be an echidna, but only touching them grants you power without need to transform,and has i know everyone can use things like the chaos control,blast,etc like scourge or megaman who dont have experience with the emeralds and with lebrond with is prep time should know how the emeralds work, now with the gauntlet there are two options because the image show the mcu version of the gauntlet but we can say that the comics version count but now lets start with the mcu gauntlet that easly has multi galaxy to universal feats but also only one is enough to or destroy a continent or a planet surface,the only bad thing is that if you are not that strong you could possibly die because hulk who has country feats was notably damaged by the gauntlet so a human like lebron would at best evaporize, now with the comics gauntlet,thats another history,easily dealing with beings like galactus who has multiversal to hyperversal feats and has i know everyone can use gauntlet,so this is how the battle goes
