  • Getting faster isn't just about running all the time. You've got to see your goals clearly and then change 'em up to fit the bigger picture. That's the key. And don't just follow training techniques, understand them. Know what workouts are doing what, so you can see what's really helping you out. Stick with me, and we'll break it all down together, one step at a time. Let's get faster, let's get better.
Noah Lyles, an American professional track and field sprinter who has been competing in 100 meters as well as 200m is currently on top of his game. He's won two gold medals at World Championships (2019 & 2020) which also led him to be crowned 2019 world champion; together with this success came an Olympic bronze medalist title too!
Noah Lyles is also a founder of the Lyles Foundation. Our purpose, as a non-profit, is to empower youth through the advancement of health & wellness in communities nationwide. We provide financial support and motivation by collaborating with global, national, & local partners. Our community is full of people who want to help. We foster relationships with the sports community nationwide. In doing so, we are providing our youth with knowledge of the sports world and opportunities to make their dreams come true.
Let's bring our abilities and passions together to affect real change.

I have a great respect for Noah Lyles, so I listen to his tips and I watch what he does. My goal is to be the worlds fastest man over 60 yrs old, to when my regional and to finally to PR most times I compete. Simple things that make me reach but aren't to far fetched. GO Noah WR in Budapest!

I'm 66 years old and not interested in competing because I will only get injured if I compete. I just love the feeling of running fast on the track. I've been running since I was eight years old and won my school district championship for 100 yards for third graders. I ran 400 and 800 in high school. I was pretty good and won more than I lost but I could have been better if I had not been so headstrong and un-coachable. My coach, who I'm still friends with to this day--he's in his late 80s and still competes--tried to explain this to me but I couldn't listen when I was a kid. I have not competed since then but I still love to work out on the track. I do have a tendency to do too much when I'm feeling good. I watch your videos because there is always something to learn and I might as well learn from the best. Thank you!

I want to start on a gradual basis ,an inch at a time but I really want to get an advice from a serious mentor which is you😊. Because I'm eating an egg a day and I really want to hear from you man because my younger brother is taller but that's ok but it's also discouraging at times because I'm aiming for 6"2 or higher 😅 presently he is 5"11. My mum is 5"3 and my dad is 6"3 or taller I'm not sure. But I want a good height to compete well so I'm playing basketball I just wanted more guides ❤

Thank u for the tips. Our national interschool meet will be starting soon. Its about only 1-1½ months from today. I'm so nervouse cause i didn't do track practice because our state have some social issues. I start my training about 2-3 weeks ago and my performance is so low both in term of sprint and endurance. I ran 400m but i dont think i can make it. But ur words make me think like i can do it "why am i doing this? " I always think this before every morning practice and my ans is "my family, friends, those who supports me are waiting for my success".Thanks a lot Noah for motivating me again I really love ur videos.

Is it good for my body to do that?

  • @guglielmoscecspir1053

I am 36, been practicing ''seriously'' only 4 months when I was 26, after I already had groin pain at 23 and a knee accident that obviously completely ruined my performances in any athletic engagement. In my city there are only two tracks accessible to public and overall there is no actual interest around athletics, it's all about football (soccer for you). I have been running on a mini-track that is not even properly elastic where kids use bycicles, people practices boxe or even thrwos frisbees and balls. There is no light in the evening, so during cold months is mostly impossible to do anything really. I go there once, maybe twice a week when I can according to my possibilities. So no, I am by no mean someone pursuing crazy improvements or dreaming big, yet I am there year after year. What is my why? The joy of putting yourself to test trying to improve even when you know there is not much space for it anymore because you are late. Running well is true freedom.
