I'm a sixteen year old female who just started track.I have dreams to become d1 in it then potentially go Olympics.Watching you has only inspired me. For that I said thank you

Same here. We will all make it
Don't talk about it put in the work. People work year round, use training blocks to incrementally improve your progress. Use programs outside of your school to improve. People are in track clubs and they go to camps.
hows it going
As a 10yr old in track, your videos have helped me shave 3.5 seconds off my 100m time and 4 off my 200! I love watching you run and your love for the sport! Thank you!

This was really good, I'm looking forward to seeing more videos from you throughout the track season. One thing I'm interested in seeing is your daily routine, like what time do you start training and how much hours do you train each day? Hope this isn't too much to ask.

I watched that part where you turn sideways like 5 times…
First
Need to leave the 60 and 100 meters ALONE focus on the 200 and 400 meters
best mile??? #anyone?
M-hallen, case closed.
Dawg wtf I didn’t run no 7.77😭
Editor here -- Sorry about that, I put down Chris Abell's time in place of yours.
Ok Noah why didn't you dip properly you could have won that race
I don't see a need to risk dipping at the line and potentiality hurting myself running up the bank. Especially for a track meet that doesn't pay anything and at 1st pre-season track meet of the indoor season. I came work on some things for the indoor season and get back into running 60m.
@@noahlyles18 Interesting, I hadn't thought about the effect of dipping then doing the run out. Great point. Stay health my friend!
