Strange how this is about the plant in Kentucky but they show the assembly of a F650 with is made in Avon Lake Ohio. If you are going to assemble a video using footage you didn't shoot you should make sure you know where it was taken and what it is of.
@@chrisstromberg6527 If you had paid attention you would see that it doesn't. These videos are just random footage strung together and do not show the build process.
I dont mind paying for a truck, but for the prices these days they should be built better. Longer lasting engines and transmissions and front end components
I VISIT FORD MOTORS COMPANY ❤ ITS VERY HUGE ,BIG SALUT FOR ALL WORKERS WHOS BEHIND THE FACTORY TOURE LINES 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲FORD MY BEST CARS 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
I ordered a f350 lariat dually from this plant in February just got it in late may. I just wish you could still get a manual transmission, didn't really want the 4 wheel drive either but since the drive train is guaranteed for life I won't complain. It's a very nice truck just hope it last as long as the 97 one I traded in, it had 385000 on it.
Intermixing the footage of Kentucky Truck and Ohio Assembly is pretty confusing (without distinguishing which is which), as well as having used New Vehicle Launch footage at Ohio Assembly when there are Engineers and additional workers on the jobs that are not there after the launch when regular production has begun. It looks like more people are involved than there really is.
Ford truck is #1. However, many of us do the following as soon as we get our truck. Could Ford implement followings in the order and assembly processes? 1 - Ceramic Window tint or something similar function inside of the window for darkness + heat reduction , UV protection 2 - For F450, Add little bit wider tires. Instead of 225 70 45, why not 245 70 19.5 ? 3- For extra upgrade, , install the lift , air suspension and bigger wheels and tires. Lastly, when are you guys going to put together Job #2? I have been waiting 2023 F450 Limited? Would it get to be built this year? Would we have choice of getting 2024 instead of 2023 when 2024 order book opens up?
What I hate about today Fords is that you have to take the truck apart just to fix something . And these new aluminum body's just isn't getting it . Maybe they use a heavier grade of aluminum . It's embarrassing to look in the mirror and see the bed flexing back and forth .
Today no matter the name on them they are built like shite, I'll never own another new vehicle, no where near worth my hard earned dollar, I'll keep enjoying my 20ish year old fords that are worth the dollar per mile I put into them to go down the road. Why would I want to go into debt for a new shitty car, I work for ford roadside, toyota, dodge, all those big names are serviced where I work, subaru, volvo, all garbage, Id never have anyones new car again.
Don't see no auto job worth more than 30k yr. But they start at 72k. Wonder who's causing the inflation of vehicles prices!! Extremely overpaid union workers....
@@Bluebottlenose I don't think anyone is against making a living wage. Assembly workers are not skilled trade. They shouldn't be making more than skilled trade........
Worst truck on planet earth I have so many issues airline off compressor leaked from day one they only would repair once being safety issue would be subject to recall after 2x I’m on 3rd or 4 they wouldn’t repair the dpf filter issue stack fell off rear electric fire rear axle leak front wheel bearing loose engine over heat from bad sensor blew the head antifreeze pouring out Ecu voltage 63.45 volts cause turbo over boost shuts truck down suspension parts loose makes truck wander this is all under 40k mile and the best game they play we don’t have lift or tech support to repair this vehicle it’s had so many issues they dealers don’t even want to do the warranty work good thing I got extended warranty but that as worthless as a bad check
What yall need to do, is stop under powering the chassis cabs, that BS, they all need the same power, i had a 2017 550, and it was the most guttless ford i have ever driven, stop doin that shit
La idea original de Henry Ford era hacer accesibles los vehículos para el público en general pero aquí los que hacen accesible son los chinos ya no Ford 😂😂😂

Awesome and beautiful process.
I own a Ford Ranger, going on 15 years old, still going strong. Ford designs and builds exceptional trucks. Period.

They skipped all around, 2015-ish models, 2023 models, and everything in between
Who cares, it's showing the build process for the super duties.

I had a small truck with remote control when I was child and I enjoyed playing with it.
Wow amazing
Really a brilliant company and cars productions
Realy I like this factory so so much
Awesome
Incredible
Great trucks by Ford
I love ford trucks
❤❤ LOVE ❤ FORD
I think that American trucks are most beautiful than the anothers brands.
I dont mind paying for a truck, but for the prices these days they should be built better. Longer lasting engines and transmissions and front end components
Those trucks are beautiful. I love.🙂
Yea they are but wait until they need service and obviously you don’t work on them.
Teamwork 💪🏽
Emu....feathers.... Didn't expect that one...
Awesome Ford
I'd love to work for ford.. I own a 2011 f350 6.7, a 1993 f150 302, 1953 ford golden jubilee tractor, 1959 ford 651 workmaster tractor
Very nice

PLEASE BRING THE FULL TRUCK RANGE TO AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺 THE F450 BED TRUCKS WOULD SELL LIKE HOT CAKES 👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺
They do, i hear you have a term for what we call jerks here. Ram Drivers IIRC.
Is this my guy from Gaming Historian doing the voice over?
none of the vehicle assembly video show how chassis frames are made . . . they only show stamping of body panels . . .
Hey!,, I’m driving one of those! 23 Superduty Lariat 7.3.
See them in the trains a lot

It won't last
👍👍👍👍👍
keep up the the good work, i am thinking a '24 build order coming your way.
Ford ❤🇧🇷.
If I could I´ll driving one truck like that. Beautiful trucks.
very big company in the world
👍👍👍
Why they don't want to make a inline 6 cylinder anymore?😢
Just imagine making 100k while robot does 98% of the work for u
Belum ada di Indonesia 😅
The UAW made it sound like they do grueling back breaking work all day. The hardest thing I saw was using an air ratchet
Just look at the 100lb girl in the factory at 7:55. Clearly this is such difficult and back breaking work she can do it.

Biggest, baddest,& most expensive
Ford medium sizes truck.are nice.
Good video but 2 different Ford plants
I said the same. The UAW has a big hand in these prices. They are overpaid!!!
i think they sold me the 450 that was run through the demolition field.
👌🏻❤️👌🏻❤️
Vem pro Brasil Ford por favor quero renovar a frota de cargo que eu tenho 😢
And i bett that's how there's so many wire problems.
Excelente pero 😂🎉Ford empresa industrial
Look out, whatever they’re building, they’ll be a recall for it….
I never cut myself short on pay.depends on your abilty.broom pusher low pay.robotic tech programmer.100.000. yep

Hello are you
🇺🇿👍👍👍
McDonald's sells the most burgers and that doesn't make them the best.
The Best #1 seller for 47 years that ought to say something! The Best never Rest!!!!!!!!
Using the word "quality" without the words "lack of" in front of it from any auto maker is a lie!
Assembled in America who new that would be the New standard ⁉️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Instead of using an AI-generated, monotone voice, get someone to do the voice-overs. Interesting video, but the narration is horrific.
These jobs are not available this video is difficult to watch

Better muted. Plastic and tin foil.

Same reason no auto industry in Australia greedy unskilled workers
Yeah? And what kind of car do you drive?
You seriously calling them greedy because they want to make a living wage?
Coisa linda, meu sonho e uma f4000 4x4, como pode deixa está fábrica sair do Brasil 😢
@@Bluebottlenose I don't think anyone is against making a living wage. Assembly workers are not skilled trade. They shouldn't be making more than skilled trade........
Ford !!!!! Where is the technology......even you calling a pick up car as truck 😂😂😂
KTP
You wouldn’t last 10hrs on an assembly line!
dang, using stock footage of stellantis and gm, calling it Ford.... I call bull spit on this one.
If you are going to make that claim you need to post time stamps or just STFU.

But Ford went woke
And idiots use the word "woke" to describe something they don't like.
Went woke? You snowflakes are triggered by everything, and now we can add pickup trucks to the list, OMG!
Of course, per the UAW, there must be three drunk/stoned auto workers standing around watching the machines.
High wages, good benefits, and time off. Don't be jealous because your boss is anti-union.
