I am pulled in this direction by my entire being, I live in Botswana and I am vegan and I want to start a vegan restaurant but people here have not thought beyond themselves in decades and I am being ridiculed for my belief in Whole plant based foods! I am not quitting because it is important especially in this forgotten world 🌍 but it can get a little lonely especially being 23 years and shouting a very foreign ideal. Wish me luck for the animals🙂

The healthy part is NOT using any oils, AT ALL.... Your restaurant would be fantastic!! Go for it!!

Rip and Rich it’s wonderful that you are consider a 10 days meditation retreat. It’s good difficult, but well worth to have the experience and have your own judgement.

I would like some information on his wife’s cookbooks/recipes. You two are amazing examples to all of us learners out here.
