The Best Exercises to TREAT Trochanteric Bursitis & Gluteal Tendinopathy

- This hip rehabilitation program for trochanteric bursitis, gluteal tendinopathy, and greater trochanteric pain syndrome is designed to be done 3 times a week for at least 6 weeks. Commit to the program and you will see significant improvements to strength, range of motion, balance, coordination, and functional abilities.
IT band stretch - 30 sec on each side
90/90 glute stretch - 30 sec on each side
Bodyweight squat - 2 sets x 15 reps
Straight leg raise - 2 sets x 15 reps each side
Glute hip bridge - 2 sets x 15 reps
Side lying clamshells - 2 sets x 15 reps each side
Side lying leg raise - 2 sets x 15 reps each side
Step ups - 2 sets x 15 reps each side
Single leg balance - 1 minute each side

Hey, is standing better than sitting? Standing, you have your muscles working and engaged compared to sitting, it helps strengthen your lower and upper body muscles!
Can you treat a dog with boswellia serrated can you treat a dog with it?
