If the self cancelling indicators are the same as my Triumph, check settings - there are basic & advanced options. Select Advanced - “Auto Advanced - The self- cancelling function is on. A short press activates the direction indicators for three flashes. A longer press activates the direction indicators for eight seconds and an additional 65 metres.”
Good review. Very brave of you to ride that quick on what looked like some mud covered roads. I’d be riding well of the centre of the lane to avoid the worst of it.
Man, I get so jealous of British riders. Always have beautiful winding roads to ride on. Love how your bobber sounds! Also, you don't appear to be a beginner.
Thank you so much, we have the upside of lovely winding roads but the downside of lots of pot holes and muddy roads. I've been riding "big bikes" for a year and done 5,000 miles on my Triumph Bonneville Bobber and 4,000 miles on a 125. I'd still definitely consider myself a beginner.
I can name a lot of winding roads in the states. Just about everything in the Mississippi River valley from Minnesota and Wisconsin down through Louisiana. Have all the states with the Appalachian mountains. The Ozarks are extremely underrated with windy twisty roads. If you don’t mind the cold climbing the Rocky Mountains pays huge dividends in fun. I’ve been up and down Pikes Peak a few times. Oregon has some great roads as well.
im debating between one of these or the RS version. I test drove the RR and loved it but the rear brake squeaked like you said, any reason for that or just a break in thing or the nature of the brake?
hey i ended up buying the RR, and I love it, but the rear really does squeek bad lol. I wonder if it just needs to be broken in? I like using rear brake when im doing very slow tight u turns and stuff. @@GoblinGT
@@GoblinGT awesome, Iv got my eye on a red one! Was between that and the V2 but I wasn’t blown away by the v2 which was disappointing. Some really good deals on the triumph at the moment too but I’m yet to sit on one. Are you still loving the bike? This is a great video by the way, would love to see more if you were thinking about doing some. 👍🏽
@@finnkane7774 thank you that's very kind. I had the same experience with the V2, but the one I rode wasn't the Bayliss Edition which have a lot more kit on them. Still obsessed with the bike, I think it will be off to Thornton Hundred for some mods soon.
@@GoblinGT I looked at the base spec also with the V2, the over all feel of the base just didn’t feel as special as I was expecting, also the looks didn’t make me say “wow” Definitely need to visit TH with the RR. I’d personally love to do the headlight relocation and velocity stack front end that they did on the drift bike, purely for cosmetic vanity reasons 😂 as I don’t want a super charged one. Just looks so mean! Enjoy the bike mate and thanks for the reply’s, new sub from me so if you fancy doing another RR video one day I will be watching 🤙🏽
If you’re still deciding between the Triumph or Ducati, go for the Triumph. My RR’s stupendous whereas all Ducati’s are hateful (the fact that Ducati wouldn’t let me park my Rocket 3 in their factory car park has nothing to do with this point of view - cnuts ;-).
Haha. “Buy whatever color is cheapest and paint it.” That’s a good one.

Nice! It's a beauty. I ride my RR in the mountains for fun. After 8 months of ownership, I've fallen deeply, madly in love. Wife is jealous.
Had mine a year and love it. Just ordered a v2 to go with it.

Thanks mate, the gopro motion blur definitely makes it look much faster than it is.

@@RadDadisRad touche. I guess I'm used to my part of Texas and the Southwest where I've lived. I've seen the dragons tail though so you're right.
@@noze_yt I know what you mean tho. I live in Iowa but I get the opportunity to travel just about anywhere in the USA.

Mine squeeks if I'm not applying it hard. I think it's because you don't need to use it unless you're really pushing the envelope.

They don't have gauntlets, won't go over the jacket.
