- Do you want to know how to CONNECT your Monitor to your PS5 with PC SPEAKERS? It's very easy to setup your PS5 with your monitor. Most monitors have HDMI inputs, which makes them similar to TVs. The problem arises when you try and connect the audio because not a lot of monitors have speakers or if they do, they aren't very good. So having speakers or a sound bar can be useful. Otherwise just use your headset all the time. Now a monitor can be great at reducing the input lag in games like call of duty or fortnite.

just got a 4k Monitor from dell and and I have those exact speakers :P My Monitor has a speaker but also audio out so I assume il be able to bypass the built in speaker using the line out.

what kind of speakers do you have?
you can plug the audio line from the monitor to the PC audio "Line In" so you can have both PC and PS5 sound working on the same speaker. ( the PC has to be on for the sound to work tho)

How is this different from just running speakers from the monitor? Both pc and ps5 are connected to monitor so it’s receiving both signals regardless

Plug the audio cable on the monitor and the usb on ur ps5. Then u have audio for both. It worked for me. I hope it will help you.

I use a 3.5 cable switch from amazon
You plug the aux into the pc monitor, and the usb into a separate power plug(not the ps5 or pc) The usb is just for the power. The HDMI transfers audio and video from the PC and the PS5 into the monitor and the monitor transfers the audio through the aux cord into the speakers

I have a usb only pebble speaker (V3) because my alienware gaming monitor doesn't have a 3.5mm audio jack and still no sound for the ps5 (computer sound works). Trying to get my pc and ps5 to work on the same speaker without having to physically plug and unplug. Neone got a workaround?

@@TimXMan1000 Good luck. I am not happy with what I got, the LG PL7.... I found an old 2.1 TDK system with two satellites and a sub in my garage and I remember that used to sound great, can't believe I forgot I had it. Will set it up soon.
Same problem as me. My speaker razer leviathan speaker doesnt have audio jack.only bluetooth. Ps5 cant connect to bluetooth speaker. Too many stupid problem for such a simple thing. Luckily i can refund my money back .in the end i buy tv to play my ps5.
