It was clear, concise and to the point, and everything you covered was relevant and informative without wasting time. Most importantly, you were fair and balanced in your ratings and assessment. I can say your experience was Covid related, in fall 2022 AC reinstated full service. On a recent flight in premium economy from Bogota to Toronto on an A330, we had hot towels, pre-departure drinks, amenity kits (in PE!) and menus. I think you should try reviewing AC post Covid service to compare :) Btw nice video. Just binged 2 in a row, going for a third after haha
I believe that most European airlines are still very elegant. Air Canada is more like Ryan Air...lol.....even if you are in business class...lol. I have flown Air Canada coast to coast many times and have yet to see real silverware..lol.🤣
I just got back from Europe on Air Canada and it will be the last time I ever fly Air Canada to Europe! My son was bumped out of business class because a pilot wanted to fly on the same flight and that meant my son had to go to row 40 on the plane! Watch for Row K seats 5,6,7 and 8 that is where there are snaps on the walls and ceiling of the plane where “crew” can be curtained in so not to be disturbed! The Air Canada gate employees informed me that anytime a pilot comes onboard for a repositioning flight they can bump any “full paying passenger” due to their new collective agreement! And just 1 more thing if you are over 6 feet tall good luck trying to sleep is the business class pods they are like sleeping in a casket!
