Who didn't dream of owning and one day careening down the highway in any of these sexy badass cars that we coveted from famous TV and MOvies? This is what it is all about and that time in the 70s and 80s where teens would work hard to not only get their dream car, but to work on it and make sure it was it ran with precision and beauty. We longed to have a car once we got our license. Some were lucky, some of us were jealous. Here's to the Gear Heads and Grease Monkeys who made their dreams come true. ENJOY
I delivered the newspaper from 1981-1987 and I always passed one guys house who had an IROC z Camaro. Damn I promissed myself when I got older I was gonna own one of those. Never happed sadly.
Nearly forty years after first becoming a Knight Rider fan, I at long last landed a replica of KITT. Mine’s an ‘83 model, with complete conversion… inside and out. 10-year-old me would never have believed that would eventually happen. 😆

'66 Batmobile and General Lee were my dream cars. I would add to this list the Mercedes 2 seater which seemed to be the shortcut for 'affluence' throughout the 80's - as seen in Hart to Hart. I would also add the Corvette Stingray Mark Hamill drove in Corvette Summer, and the supercar Condorman drove.
I think you are right about the Hart to Hart car. Although the stingray from Corvette Summer is hot, that movie doesn't have the same brass as many of the others. Oh, I am so incredibly impressed you brought up Condorman. Thanks for commenting.
Still love the Firebird from Smokey and the Bandit, a gorgeous car. Didn't like the one on Knight Rider, guess I like the classics. Unfortunately my 1st car was a $300 73' Plymouth Duster, but I still loved it!

I seen the KITT Trans-am car when I was a kid. I'm happy to still have my 1989 GTA. It's still memories and a 80's Pontiac Firebird Trans-am
