When this aired, "The Exorcist" was packing movie theaters, people were fainting and throwing up...and an "energy crisis" was causing a "shortage" of gasoline at gas stations, causing people to wait in long lines for gas. I experienced neither issue because I was 12 years old, living in a small town in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. I lived in a mobile home with no television, either. I remember reading books (especially The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings books), listening to record albums on the home hi-fi (especially Joni Mitchell, Cat Stevens, Cosby Stills Nash and Young), and going on hikes with our dog, Heidi. I had no close friends, so I remember having "tea" with imaginary friends when no one was home. I was in the middle of puberty, and realizing that I was gay. I'm grateful that I went through all of that before the internet, social media and cell phones. It was a much simpler time, and I sometimes miss it.

I knew OJ Simpson in Hollywood He seemed like a great guy attended my parties etc.Turned out to be a monster who got off with slaughtering 2 innocents ,,his ex wife and a waiter who was returning her glasses she left at the restaurant where he worked..THEY ARE ALWAYS SCREAMING RACISM BUT AN ALMOST ALL BLACK JURY FOUND THAT JERK INNOCENT WITH EVIDENCE UNBELIEVABLY OBVIOUS..SO GOES TO SHOW YOU HOW A BLACK SPORTS HERO LITERALLY GETS OFF WITH MURDER.I BELIEVE HE IS STILL ALIVE AND STILL BEATING UP WOMEN THEY ALSO PAROLED HIM FROM JAIL Omg he has beaten TWO RAPS ..MAYBE N=BETTER TI BE BLACK ..AND HELPS IF A SPORTS HERO..
