Dmitriy Butrev shares his experience at Lifeview

Dmitriy Butrev started working in aged care 15 years ago as a Personal Care Worker and fell in love with the industry. He went on to study nursing and joined Lifeview in November 2015 as a registered nurse (known as a Resident Wellness Manager at Lifeview). In 2016, Dmitriy transitioned into the Residential Manager role, and currently runs the Lifeview Emerald Glades home in Victoria.
Under Dmitriy's leadership, the home has been awarded Home of the Year twice which he is very proud of. He is also passionate about mentoring other staff, and seeing them progress through their career journey.
Dmitriy's favourite thing about working in aged care is seeing people happy. He loves to see the happiness in people's eyes, it makes the whole job worthwhile.
