Every time someone watches their video’s, I see comments like yours, “If everyone had this attitude, this world would be a better place”! They’re just eating food they never had before and liking the flavors, how is that going to help the world be a better place? I guess you haven’t been outside enough to traveled much or did anything to help people be happy, but there are people around the world who appreciate and are thankful and grateful for receiving a lot they might not have. People still do smile and laugh every single day, love and care for other people in need or not. People sing and dance out or happiness. I’ve met totally strangers when I’ve traveled and shared a meal or just inviting each other to sit at their table and get to know each other. It’s sad that people, I’m going to guess you’re under 30 and think the world is crap. It really isn’t and I blame social media for always posting negative news, and people hating each other with hateful comments towards each other and they never met. The world also has amazing and beautiful places to see, the people from around the world are awesome people, don’t let the news media and social media fool you. If you want the world to be a better place, do something about it. Some people who watches videos like this one says the same thing…”If only people were like them, the world would be a better place”… Umm no because it already is. It’s sad that everyone under 30 doesn’t think so. But you can go out there even in your own community and start to make the world a better place. Give, donate, volunteer, fix, smile and say hi, even that can make someones day, open the door for someone or hold the door open for someone. Do something that will make people smile ear to ear, jump for joy, laugh with happiness and want to shake your hand or even give you a big hug.. too many people are all talk and no action. 🤦🏻♀️

Wow....you won't say you don't like it. Try it...birria is authentically done with goat meat..but it's now done with beef because it has less "game" flavor. Give it a try...but make sure it's done right lol.

Pretty dope when you fall down that rabbit hole. Oh and if I must say whoever is cooking these dishes there makes them look amazing. Should definitely drop the recipes or make videos preparing them
It's because of their similar developmental histories. Large animals require steel blades for butchering...and more fuel for cooking...also...if you don't have silverware you eat with your hands...lots of cultures use flat breads as forks and spoons... because they didn't have forks and spoons. Likewise, how do you make bland vegetables more enjoyable to eat? LOTS of spices ...

And the fact that they all enjoyed it made it even better!!! 🥰🥰🥰 Love it!!! Now they need to try tamales! Pozole! Menudo! The list goes on and on!!
There has been episodes in the past where they try other Mexican food and they always love it. ☺️
Carne guisada with Spanish rice and refried beans with salsa and tortillas . One of my favorite foods .
Don’t forget Enchiladas and Chiliquilles
The tamales are a great idea! A tamal can be made with almost anything and made a multitude of ways (like wrapping with banana leaf). Sweet tamales, cheese, stewed meat, corn, plain. You can fill it with salsa or put salsa on top after, or both. You can serve it under a dish for more filling or have it be the star of your dish. You can have it as a snack or a full meal. Lets go tamales!
@@johnb7046 damn John! U are definitely well cultured!! You're absolutely correct and most ppl don't even know that! Tamales are so versatile and delicious! Good job bro!
I moved to California recently had these at a food truck… life changing! So damn good
Same. Food trunk in STL. Just amazing.
If you see quesabirria tacos on the menu get it!!
@@benderr424 okay keeping this in mind. Going in an hour. Will let you know
Where did you move from that didn't have cheese birria there?
I'm sorry to say taco truck culture is great and all but , if you want good Mexican food try the mom ,pop Mexican restaurants. They will not disappoint you.
Omg so glad they enjoyed it Viva Mexico 🇲🇽
these tribal people surely are our brothers, love from mexico for all of you.
More Mexican dishes, i want to see their reactions to our candy
Thanks i was waiting for this one.. Mexican food is universally loved by everyone! Al pastor and tripa tacos soon please! 🌮
They can’t eat Al Pastor because of their religion 😢

So wonderful to be a part of their experience. And to hear their comments, and observations, as it relates to their food culture. What an amazing interchange for them and us; the viewers. Thank you!
6:47, Dr. Tahir, you are crazy. I can drink the birria broth AND still drink whiskey too. Both are delicious.
not a religious dude, but for some reason it brings a smile to my face when people give god some kind of recognition for the food they are about to eat
🇲🇽 I love how the tribal people described the food. As a breakfast item (ill have to try that). The tribal people's outlook on food is so respectful. I could learn a thing or two from these videos. I would love to try trotter's curry for breakfast.
Usually in mexico we hace birria for breakfast on the weekeends
I love their outlook so appreciative and humble, imagine if everyone had this attitude the world would be a better place
@@JMarieCAlove I'm 35 ,wow ,how you spun that into something negative I'll never understand, assuming age has anything to do with how much experience you have or how learned you are is kind of a big assumption. it's getting to the point where you can't go on the internet anymore and express a sentiment or an opinion without some Karen coming in from the side being all butt hurt.
Now I have to try this trotter curry they keep talking about. Must be a great dish.
It really is a great dish. We usually have it fir breakfast here. Mostly on Sundays😂
I'm so happy!!!
Birria has been my favorite food ever since I was a kid! The taste, the portion, how it can be served (either in tacos, a bowl, or on a plate with beans and rice) I love every bite of it!
Though in my family, we don't make it often so the wait is agonizing. But once it's made, I'm in HEAVEN.
I'm so happy they tried this delicious dish and enjoyed it!
So beautiful how they expressed their love towards the food.
Let’s stop racism in this world . One mindset at a time ☺️

Food is suppose to be the gateway to the soul. Instead of wars, we should have a bunch more cooking competitions and food sharing conventions

I just had birria the other day! It's so yummy! You can also make birria with lamb, and that is my favorite.
I'm going to Google that one right now! That sounds dee-licious!
Goat birria is the g.o.a.t!
@Starring Karolyn Ruffin Well, Taco Bell is not real Mexican food. Real Mexican food is a good bit healthier.
@Starring Karolyn Ruffin no traditional Birria is stewed meat.
@Starring Karolyn Ruffin real birria is commonly made with goat, but sometimes beef or poultry is used and made like a stew. But it does make great tacos. And Taco Bell is NOT real Mexican food.
I would love to see a video on how these dishes are prepared for them.
Yes, a behind the scenes! And you’d have two videos for the same prep and time you normally devote to one. Hey, you could even give us a third with just the outtakes!

This is my favorite taco made at a fabulous authentic Mexican restaurant in my town. They serve it with chopped raw onions, fresh cilantro, and lime slices, which we can add to taste. I eat there 2 or 3 times a week, and everything on the menu is delicious. My mouth is watering!
Birria is served with pickled red onion. I’ve never heard of it having cheese. I mean you can put whatever you want on it, but for real authentic birria, go to Mexico
@@jasmoni0422 she means birria tacos or quesatacos, the actual stew or just birria is different but in a taco it’s normally with the raw onion cilantro and some lime wedges it’s just a naming issue

Yesssir! They got the technique down fast-dip taco in conzume (broth) and take big bite! So glad they know the amazing taste of Birria!
Love to see them try birria, here in Mexico we eat this for breakfast lunch or even Dinner. It's great with lime and chili sauce ❤
These guys are the greatest. From how they give thanks before they eat to how they find similarities with what they are eating and their own native foods to how they enjoy the moment, they are the best taste testers.
Such a pleasure and honor to see they enjoyed Birria, Greetings from Veracruz, Mexico.
Birria Tacos are the best!! I love them and glad they were able to try this delicious dish!
Looks delicious and so great to see their satisfied faces. 💓
I love birria tacos and Yes we love to eat them in the mornings with a side of consome (the broth) the meat can either be from a goat or a cow but originally we do not eat them with cheese just the meat onion and coriander with some salsa but the cheese adds another superb flavor to eat.. We need the tribal people to try more Original Mexican dishes please I know they’ll love it

As a Mexican I also wish this was breakfast as well my friends ! This video made my heart warm lol.
Al pastor was actually taken from the Lebanese in the 1930s. With their roast lamb and shawarmas. I would imagine the taste palettes would almost be the same.
Glad these fine people liked it. Beef Birria is darn good, but for the real JEFE of all birria, goat/chivo Birria is the way to go.
The joy it brought each of them was mesmerizing.
If they haven’t already, I’d love to see them try a British roast dinner, complete with Yorkshire puddings! 🇬🇧🇬🇧

I am Mexican and I sure hope you put some lime and some salsa on those quesabirrias before they ate. Birria is delicious and I am fortunate enough to live in the state where it was invented and where it's very popular and can be found in lots of places. It is a morning/mid day meal. We never eat birria for supper. Only breakfast and lunch. With a few drops of lime and some spicy salsa. Yum! I was talking to some friends and they broke down that if you trace a lot of Mexican dishes back to the olds days they are very similar to those from the middle east and Mediterranean. Pretty dope when you fall down that rabbit hole. Oh and if I must say whoever is cooking these dishes there makes them look amazing. Should definitely drop the recipes or make videos preparing them
Some of them(churros, flan etc.) most of them are from indigenous peoples of Mexico lol
Almost impossible considering Chile peppers, tomatoes, corn etc are from Mexico
It's because of their similar developmental histories.
Large animals require steel blades for butchering...and more fuel for cooking...also...if you don't have silverware you eat with your hands...lots of cultures use flat breads as forks and spoons... because they didn't have forks and spoons.
Likewise, how do you make bland vegetables more enjoyable to eat? LOTS of spices ...

Curious if you served beef or goat... Never had either myself, and now I really want to try it. Also I guess what you served was a "quesabirria", birria with cheese in a corn tortilla. That sounds incredible. Can you tell I haven't had breakfast yet?
From the way they describe it, it sounds like they were served the beef version!
Like Mexican I'm proud of the legendary food we have... you're eating a QUESABIRRIA😅 not a taco there's no cheese in a TACO.. 😘😘 from México and 🇨🇦.

I call them fried tacos haha.
Your not Mexican than if you never had a taco de frijol y queso

In Mexico City, a quesadilla doesn’t have to have cheese to be considered a quesadilla.
They need to try birria made with goat meat like in the original recipe, it makes all the difference and if you add cilantro and diced onions with a hint of lime in your taco (make sure is a tortilla) andyou got yourself the best dish in the world IMO

The paey they keep referring to is also called Paya. It's a rich dish so once in a while rather than daily or weekly. Good on cold days. The ones found in Pakistani restaurants is usually lamb or goat, beef is good too. Usually eaten with 1 or 2 naans. Also sucking the marrow from the bones is done as it tastes great. Birria is usually made from goat/and sometimes lamb in Mexico. Mexicans had to change the meat from goat to beef, to adapt to the local taste of the USA.
