    in wrestling i just wear 4 layers and a hoodie while i train for 3 hours then jog for 30 minutes and i lose 15 pounds 😭

    I am currently 125 lbs and need to be 118 lbs so I would be cutting 7 lbs and I need to do this within at least 14 days I’m a girl 14 and have my first match coming up so am looking for advice

    Not gonna lie to you I was getting ready for a boxing match and I lost 7lbs in the gym with the Albolene on and the sweat suit. And just worked the bag for 30 minutes. It works just be discipline afterwards because you’ll be hungry as shit

      @@TejayLister it’s a makeup remover you find in like Walgreens or a cvs, back here in Chicago some fighters use it and drain water weight fast.

    Does it matter what epsom salt we get? I can’t find the Dr teals spearmint one you have. Just for pre-post workout and muscle aches

    Just did this today to make weight for my bjj tournament. Lost 4lbs in 30 mins. Felt so weak and lost but still made weight. Thank you for this. 🙏🏻

    With no context or pre instructions this information you are proving is dangerous . The water load process is very important before doing this

    I don't think I would be able to handle that intense sensation. My anxiety would get the best of me. Imma just stick to fasting in the morning and then hopping straight on the treadmill on a day by day basis, which sheds 2 lbs off of me every day. If I had to make weight, I'd probably try that, though.

    My sauna place has a hot dry sauna and a cold plunge. What I do is water load the week before, then day before weigh-in cut water down drastically, night before do about do a lighter sauna session, then day of do hot 5, cold 1 minute on repeating cycles until I hit weight. I carry distilled water in case I need the satisfaction of drinking water but it just goes straight through lol

      Makes sense. Isn’t it pointless to drop all that water weight if your just going to get it back when you start to consume fluids again?

      @@jesseespinoza5031 it was just a test to see how my body reacted the next 2 days. I woke up at 210 the next day and 211 the following day. I was fully hydrated when I started and started hydrating right after weighing myself. I did cramp up while doing Jiu-Jitsu the day after.

      You gain it back because it’s water weight as soon as you rehydrate or consume anything. This is not for normal people to lose weight but for when fighters need to make weight at weigh ins before stepping in the ring.

      Don't waste your time doing this first. what you need to do first is run for 2 hours in layers and a sauna suit, then you can do this to finish the cut.

    I think the albolene actually makes it less effectivd. The osmotic presure of the super saltywater wants to remove water from your body via the skin. Unfortunately when your skin is covered, this is inhibited.
    You can cut 2x as much withiut the cream i think. (At least lthers have in the same amount of time)
