I am currently 125 lbs and need to be 118 lbs so I would be cutting 7 lbs and I need to do this within at least 14 days I’m a girl 14 and have my first match coming up so am looking for advice
Not gonna lie to you I was getting ready for a boxing match and I lost 7lbs in the gym with the Albolene on and the sweat suit. And just worked the bag for 30 minutes. It works just be discipline afterwards because you’ll be hungry as shit
I don't think I would be able to handle that intense sensation. My anxiety would get the best of me. Imma just stick to fasting in the morning and then hopping straight on the treadmill on a day by day basis, which sheds 2 lbs off of me every day. If I had to make weight, I'd probably try that, though.
My sauna place has a hot dry sauna and a cold plunge. What I do is water load the week before, then day before weigh-in cut water down drastically, night before do about do a lighter sauna session, then day of do hot 5, cold 1 minute on repeating cycles until I hit weight. I carry distilled water in case I need the satisfaction of drinking water but it just goes straight through lol
@@jesseespinoza5031 it was just a test to see how my body reacted the next 2 days. I woke up at 210 the next day and 211 the following day. I was fully hydrated when I started and started hydrating right after weighing myself. I did cramp up while doing Jiu-Jitsu the day after.
Oh ok. That’s good. The weight stayed off for the most part. Thank you for replying to my messages. Also how often do you do that type of weight cut or was this your first time trying it out? Thank you.
@@jesseespinoza5031 this was my first try you can see the whole video on the UA-cam channel. I did cramp the next day in training so I have to figure that out.
You gain it back because it’s water weight as soon as you rehydrate or consume anything. This is not for normal people to lose weight but for when fighters need to make weight at weigh ins before stepping in the ring.
Don't waste your time doing this first. what you need to do first is run for 2 hours in layers and a sauna suit, then you can do this to finish the cut.
I think the albolene actually makes it less effectivd. The osmotic presure of the super saltywater wants to remove water from your body via the skin. Unfortunately when your skin is covered, this is inhibited. You can cut 2x as much withiut the cream i think. (At least lthers have in the same amount of time)
in wrestling i just wear 4 layers and a hoodie while i train for 3 hours then jog for 30 minutes and i lose 15 pounds 😭
That's another way!
I do wrestling too but rn I'm 135 and gotta be 128 in a couple of days, lol I'm bouta do this🥲
@@SticksandStonesBJJ not a healthy way but yea💀
No way thats possible
I gotta be 102 lbs by Tuesday. Rn I'm like 108/109. Does this work in a day or over some time?
I believe it. Just drink water first folks
I was fully hydrated

Does the water weight come back after you rehydrate?
@@Himothy45 ummmm not really for me. But everybody body is different
depends on the weight of the water you put back in
What is albolene
@@TejayLister it’s a makeup remover you find in like Walgreens or a cvs, back here in Chicago some fighters use it and drain water weight fast.
I love drinking rubbing alcohol 😊
Just trying the UFC formula
Albolene is the truth. But help me understand the rubbing alcohol. Didn't that burn?
Does it matter what epsom salt we get? I can’t find the Dr teals spearmint one you have. Just for pre-post workout and muscle aches
Just did this today to make weight for my bjj tournament. Lost 4lbs in 30 mins. Felt so weak and lost but still made weight. Thank you for this. 🙏🏻
Move up a weight class
Good way to get rid of water retention
With no context or pre instructions this information you are proving is dangerous . The water load process is very important before doing this

It is intense
I just ran with layers and i lost like 5 pounds
That's an option
Thanks. Almost passed out 20 min in, whole body went numb.. especially my hands👏🏼😂
Dang
Quick question and it may sound stupid but does the water need to be hot or cold?
He said “as hot as you can stand” so you sweat
Very hot
Has to be hot

Can I do this and for a whole week just drink distilled water?
to loose water weight you could for a wile
nice
@@maemo8 sounds dangerous
But what are you dropping? Water weight or body fat?
It's all water weight
Makes sense. Isn’t it pointless to drop all that water weight if your just going to get it back when you start to consume fluids again?

I need a tub
Who else thought he was gunna drink straight from the bath??
Only a couple of cups
Won't you just gain that six pounds back? Or is that sustainable
You gain it back because it’s water weight as soon as you rehydrate or consume anything. This is not for normal people to lose weight but for when fighters need to make weight at weigh ins before stepping in the ring.
It's just water weight
Hot damn ima try that
Yard apes is Justin
I know the green alcohol needs to be specific but does the Epsom salt need to be?
Not a certain brand but yes epsom
🫡🫡🫡🔥🔥✌🏼
Was the difference in green alcohol in white and can you use the white
I'm not sure I just tried the UFC formula
Can I use any green rubbing alcohol for this? And did you pour all 4 bags in?
What happens when you rehydrate?
You do this before weigh ins and rehydrate after
You feel better
So is the key that Abilene the cream you can put that on your body and then go and work out and that will help lose weight?
Not sure try it and let me know
need some of that sweat lotion man
I don't see why not
I didn't see him stand on the scales at the start so just a scam
You can see the entire video on the channel
1 hour seems a bit dangerous for people with not so great health
Probably shouldn’t be cutting weight or competing if you’re unhealthy
Is this safe😂?
I am still alive!
It doesn't matter if its "safe", you do what must be done to wrestle.
Is the alcohol necessarily? Alcohol is really expensive where I am from, and can I use sea salt instead?
I think you have to use the green alcohol and epsom salt
Follow God
What's the salt for ? Sodium absorbtion?
Open pores more sweat
I tapped out at 15 mins and my resting heart rate was up to 100 for a good 10-15 more mins after
It's not easy
Only lost 2 pounds from doing this
You must be skinny or dehydrated😂😂😂
