This caber in particular is 20 feet long!!
The idea is to flip the caber and get it as straight to 12 o'clock from your starting position as possible... as you can see in the video, he did a great job!

That's a perfect throw.
The object is to toss the caber end over end and have it land as close to the 12 o'clock position as possible.

Look for a fella called Craig Sinclair.
He's done really well over the years, I was lucky enough to catch him breaking a world record for the weight over the bar a few years ago.
It's was a photo taken on a long lens but proved the record.
He has the picture on his wall.
Funnily enough no-one else has that photo as no-one believed he'd manage to beat the record, but Craig was looking strong that day and I'd taken quite a few pictures of him. He was friends with my son, so he asked if I'd take a few extra shots for his wall, he was delighted I caught him breaking a world record!
