@Lurch McCoy nah I just travel all over the US for work, so when I'm not pulling the trailer, I either pull it or flip it depending on where I am. I use the b&w tow and stow.

Trucks used to be made for the working man. The tradesman. Not anymore. Got heated vibrating Bluetooth butt plugs that you have to pay more for, even if you aren’t into butt stuff.
Or it is broke. Second time on my sierra it’s broke this time out of warranty and it’s 300 bucks . 2 year old denali 3500 with 38k. Should be a recall. Multiple friends have had theirs break. Tailgates have come down while towing damaging tailgates and coming down while on highway. Buy a ford

I love my tailgate and it has been trouble free.

Well why do u have to manually close tailgates? Where it automatically opens downward, but does not automatically close upwards via a power button?
Tailgate is worth more than a truck
The one thing GMC missed was a handle to help you walk up especially carrying something my F150 has a bar the folds up from the tailgate.
They also have a handle, you can see it on the left side corner of bed.

Is there a way to disable the damn remote-open button so the gate will stop hitting my garage door when I miss the remote start button?
