This video is accurate. I've just been diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma and I experience most of these symptoms. Be sure to tell your doctor your symptoms and a good doctor will look further. My bad kidney will be removed in a couple weeks. Thanks for posting this. I wish I had seen it a year ago and my kidney maybe could have been saved. It took me that long to tell my doctor.
@@r.p.9777 YES!! The pain was agonizing when my kidney first went bad. It felt like I had been punched in the back and it would come and go. I even went to the chiropractor thinking I had injured it somehow. Nothing ever helped. I even went through lots of antibiotics thinking it was a kidney infection. Talk to your doctor!!
They totally forgot to tell people that when you start to see these symptoms... swelling, kidney pain, metallic taste, loss of appetite... THINGS ARE ALREADY GONE REALLY BAD! All these symptoms are caused by an advanced stage of kidney disease. Luckily there are other signs that can alert patients of kidney disease BEFORE it's too late. It's RISK FACTORS. I've talked about this a lot in my channel. It's strange to me that nobody else talks about this!
I thought I was just having little random problems but after this video I realized I have all the simptoms. Plus my kidneys hurt so much right now...I'm in so much pain..
I have kidney disease...you nailed it. I was diagnosed a couple of years ago suspect I have had it for years. I experienced these exact symptoms about 30 years ago this video would of been nice to have seen then. But thank you it will help others
I have been having this symptoms for a while now and waiting for money to use to go see a doctor cause in my country everything medical is very expensive
I have all of these symptoms, have for many months, but the dr said I was fine. Then I found my lab work results for a period of time on my healthcare portal, that stated I have chronic kidney disease, stage 2 renal failure. The dr never told me. One of the worst days of my life. Once I stopped crying 24/7, I started doing research on how to help myself. It hasn't been easy. Has caused my emotions to be all over the place. Not only was I sick, but I lost trust in a dr who for 23 years cared for my health needs. I felt, and still do feel, betrayed. It's a feeling I haven't been able to shake. But, I'm getting stronger. I don't want this to take me out. So I'm fighting back.
I have started to notice / believe that there must be an underlying agenda why many HMO doctors hold back on giving the 411 in the early stages in health situations. # need to be your own detective regarding your health, so quit job to make time!
Wait till we have government controlled healthcare....then after you are certain age they will tell you what is wrong but wont give you treatment until it's to late....got to make room for those young new socialist!!
Drink pure pressed cranberry juice with water. This helps to filter the kidneys and helps any uti kidney infection. I had two kidney tranplants so I know a lot about this topic 😁😁
I'M A KIDNEY FAILURE PATIENT AND GOING FOR DIALYSIS TREATMENTS 3X TIMES A WEEK SINCE 9YRS ALMOST... I'VE SO MANY DISABILITIES AND PHYSICAL COMPLICATIONS SINCE I WAS BORN...
I would say these symptoms are VERY accurate. I’ve been experiencing these (and others) for months, I went into the ER 5 times and I was finally diagnosed with Nutcracker Syndrome. This is different than kidney failure. Nutcracker Syndrome affects the left kidney due to my veins squeezing each other. MAKE SURE you are diagnosed correctly and get multiple opinions. This Syndrome is VERY rare! Only about 0.3% or less of the population has it. It can be fixed with surgery🙏🏼I’m just sharing my experience in case anyone else is worried about their health and symptoms. I hope this helps!
Seeing a doctor is easy. Getting the doctor to see you is sometimes hard. First question. Do you have insurance. No doc. Sorry then cant help you. Its all about money over health
Doctors also do not want you to help your kidneys with home remedies. Only costly methods are what doctors recommend. Costly to your bank account and your health!

Anyway I have had a catheter for 30 yrs now, I got sharp flank pain, shattered even after sleep, bloated side and tummy, very frequent urination with visible blood. The Dr asked me have you got unexplained weight loss? Yes I said its great. He laughed then he left the room. he came back in with his boss. I got further testing and a booked op, this video is so great as it can prevent people from getting as bad as I am well done bright side.. people if you get problems do not be strong/ brave or put it off please seek help..
Glad i found this video cause i had a back pain when i turn sides stretches in the right area of the back then goes away 20 mins but didnt have any of this symptoms at all ❤❤. Stay safe everyone and dont overdo you're eating habits like consuming alot of sodium etc that can harm the organs
These symptoms can mean that you've got chronic kidney disease (CKD). A doctor can order blood tests to find out for sure. CKD has 5 stages, with the symptoms getting progressively worse in each stage. By the time you get to stage 4, you're almost to the point of needing dialysis, if you're not already on it. I've read articles that say that at this point, if the disease is untreated, the average lifespan is approximately 1 to 5 years, and sometimes even if it is treated the average lifespan is the same. It depends on the individual. That's where I'm at, though my doctor hasn't ordered dialysis yet. Wish me luck.
It true my dear. I just buried my sister last week. We found out she had CKD at stage 5. She lasted two weeks after we found out. But we always thought she has gastric. She suffered a lot the night that she passed away. I pray for you my dear that everything will be alright. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I had an kidney infection when I was 16, it wasn't bad, the doctor gave me medication for it and the infection went away in 5 days. I'm happy it wasn't anything serious.
I do feel it, i fell a lot of pain toward my back, something was telling constantly that there was something going wrong, but I used to ignore that, now I think that I will contact a doctor to see what is working as it should, Thanks so much, this video can save my life.
I went to the hospital and needed up in there for four nights. My symptoms were pain bloated feeling in my very lover (hip/groin area) on my right side also had pain in the same place on the lower back. I was exhausted and three days of thinking maybe it’s gas or stomach issue I finally took my temperature and it was close to 102. Doctors said I can’t believe you waited thank god you got here now otherwise outcome would have been different. I ended up having a bacterial infection I was unaware of had and it spread for both kidneys (although only one side pained me). It also spread to my blood. Went home and did 5 days of antibiotics infusion treatment. I’m a slim healthy 36 year old female and never would have thought I was on the brink of renal/kidney failure. Hospital bills were a B-ch (obviously) so if you have any of my or the above symptoms try to get to primary care asap. Stay well and keep up the jokes in he comment section 😬😆🤣
I’m recovering from a severe UTI. I had no idea that my incredibly horrific sudden back pain was a UTI. I was in pain for days screaming so loud my throat was raw. And I had no other symptoms. Listen to your body ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Excellent video. I have Chronic Kidney disease Stage V so I know and have experienced all these symptoms; however this is the most complete video on this disease. I strongly recommend the video to anyone who has been diagnosed with beginning of CKD. Especially before you decide to see a doctor.
I had all this and I started drinking lots of water and eating healthy food and now almost all of the symptoms are gone. Most important thing is water drink tons of water
I have headaches, fatigue and weakness, back pain and when that happens, I always take Alka Seltzer when I am feeling really tired and off. It helps stabilize ph balance in the body and can even help the kidneys function better. The more acidic the body is, the harder it is in general on the internal organs. Of course I increase fluid levels because being chronically dehydrated will contribute to the kidneys not functioning well.
Always remember that when taken individually, these symptoms could have any of multiple causes, however when they appear together, that is when you should consider questioning whether or not your kidneys may be involved. Also - if you have other chronic illnesses and/or are already on multiple medications for something else, it can be confounding when trying to determine what is a symptom and what is a side effect. Always consult a doctor for evaluation and specific blood tests and be sure to give your doctor an exhaustive list of the medications you take, your diet, activity and as complete a medical history as possible before saying "I think it's my kidneys." While doctors are trained to be able to identify all sorts of illnesses and conditions, they can't make an accurate diagnosis without a complete picture of what is going on.
Seeing the doctor and having a second opinion is still must. My sister have the majority of these symptoms and it turns out she's just pregnant 😂 . We were worried for nothing.
Here it is in 2020 and prayers of the righteous faithful still avails much. It is wonderful to read all the prayers!!! Even, if they were prayed a year ago. I just love it.

Recently the past few days I've had a low fever of 101 and my back is hurting so much to the point I can't stand up or sit up. Its not exactly my spinal cord but the area around it
I think all of them and for me it was huge kidney stones in my right kidney...tons of them but 7 really large ones and one of them being over 3 centimeters (golf ball size). It blocked my ureter and caused severe hydronephrosis...I literally felt like I was dying. They had to do 3 surgeries...first was an emergency stint to try and drain my kidney for about 2 weeks, then it was the major surgery going through my back and pulverizing the stones and removing them. When they removed the tube from my back a week later my right lung completely collapsed. Again I was in emergency surgery getting a chest tube. I still have kidney stones in both kidneys but not like it was. I will never in my life ignore these types of symptoms again.
I had this symptoms I'm seing a Chinese ancient doctor who diagnose me without any test she touched my feet and looked at my tongue she told me everything my lab test told me I was shocked she is amazing

I have friends in the UK and they wait, and wait and wait to be treated for serious medical problems. Some didn't make it, especially those older friends; save the treatments for the younger people so they can pay for medical care. And by the way, the rich and famous in the UK don't stand in line to get medical treatment.

@Happy Forever let’s just say I drank and drink more milk than I do water lol also yes drinking more water does work usually pair it with other things like moisturiser and eventually it will work until you won’t need the moisturiser drink plenty of water but by my standards you seem to be drinking enough I personally like drinking it when I’m pretty thirsty so it “tastes” much better and is much more refreshing or whatever
I wish there is a way for doctors to experience the pain and discomfort that I go through before they dismiss the symptoms I am trying to express. Some empathy could help.
I've been passing blood every day for the past couple of years. I've had test after test done, but despite the bleeding & 24-hour agony, the doctors won't do anything more. I've been told that unless I'm showing symptoms of something life-threatening happening, they won't be doing anything about it & I just have to live with it. Just because my GP has been worried about my white blood cells lately, I'm having yet again one more CT scan soon; but I recall nothing showed up last time, so I'm not even going to hold my breath in the hope that they'll find something that will encourage further exploration. Maybe (if I'm lucky) they'll legalise cannabis where I live one of these days, so I can at least get better pain-relief. Until then, I'm stuck staring at the same 4 walls every day... 😥
I have CKD (less than 50% kidney function) and the only symptoms listed in this video that I've ever had are chronic pain and changes in urination.... Symptoms vary for each individual. Everything I've seen on the "bright" side has been more opinion than actual fact. Just make sure you do lots of research, and if your symptoms last as long as the video, don't stress too much. 😜

Frequent urgent urination back pain headaches thanks for this video I'm calling my doctor
I'm soo sorry, I can't imagine ur pain
Mhmm I hope you survived it? dude
So sorry. Did you have pain? I've been having severe pain on the left side of my lower back. I can't even sleep or cough it hurts so bad.

Same happened to my sister thank God shes fine now after getting the stones out of her body.

When you felt that bloated, when you breath in deeply did it hurt on the right hip area? Serious question, thank you.

Fathia Mahamat Nouri >>>I drink tons of water. ...I have some of them.
Are you lieing
Sometimes the simplest of things can prevent major health problems!
Water is VERY important. The higher the PH of the water, the better.
Fathia Mahamat Nouri and green or black tea
I know, I suffer from several chronic conditions as well, high blood pressure and Diabetes, and I've always had anemia since birth

I wish there is a way for doctors to experience the pain and discomfort that I go through before they dismiss the symptoms I am trying to express. Some empathy could help.
Ya
Why
Most of the time life is cruel and unfair some people go through so much pain this is very depressing 😢
I pp a lot but I drink lots of water and two cups of tea re-use same tea bag. I bet not drinking soda any more has made my kidneys happy.
How is this vid more opinion than fact?
Just because you did nt have it doesn't mean its not a symptom. He is right to the point
I always say thank you for your teach and showing me about the two kidneys have badly sign.
