- Today we are doing a Pregnancy and Postpartum Safe Full Body Workout! I use 2 pound and 7 pound dumbbells, but filled up water bottles or cans of beans would work also. i think this is about my 5th consecutive day doing your workout videos, 25 weeks pregnant so far. I really resonated with the end about feeling tired and not knowing if I was going to be able to do it today. But we showed up and we are not alone! Thank you! Feeling good!
16 months pp and I still come back to this workout after those long (rest) weeks when I need to get back into weights with a little cardio. Always leave feeling sweaty and refreshed. 😅 thanks for all that you do for the mamas out there, helping us heal and grow 💪

Such a great workout! Thank you so much for doing what you do, I've been following your channel the last year and a half now since getting pregnant with my son, and now 9 months post partum am still a big fan! Keep the workouts coming :)
This was absolutely fantastic. It has a bit of everything and I especially loved the incorporation of upper body in compound moves. I also dig the unusual mat moves, somehow I've never seen or done those exact ones (knee rainbow and the knee cross over). One of my favorite workouts on the site. I haven't repeated a workout yet because you have so many, but I'm saving this one to do it every week. PS. you can make some moves harder by not touching the ground but hovering the whole time.
Even if workouts with dumbells are not my fav, as I saw this I saved it for later. Too silly to skip one of your videos! 37 week here, thanks for all your great work! You keep me healthy

Loved it as always! Question is it important to do the workouts with shoes on, or is barefoot ok? It’s probably a stupid question, but I’m curious if there’s a reason to wear shoes, I don’t tend to.
