What a fantastic place with so many of my favorites. Ford Cobra, Honda CR and horsepower hog Can-Am. I'm a 2-stroke fan but that CCM and Yamaha TTM looks Wicked. I had that year model Honda CR250 but somebody stole it from me a couple of years ago. Also had a 1976 Honda CR125 back in the day. At 59 years of age this stuff never gets old, got to get me another dirt bike!
Awesome collection. Fun to see. Ken Sr is everywhere! All the coolest places. Thanks for taking us there with you Ken!
Glad you enjoyed it
When it comes to enthusiasm for moto & vintage moto, these 2 gents are heavyweight champs. Gotta love when they link up for stuff like this.
Many thanks for sharing, fellas. Can't wait to watch with my dad (born in '49 and had a gig racing MX as the sport came into the USA, up into the 70s as the Elsinores appeared).
Right on!
Well, Mr. Ken, the only problem I see with this collection is they’re hanging on chains which will make it way too difficult to start them and ride them every day the way you do🇺🇸👍
Living the dream with a collection and facility like this...........Thanks for the video tour!!! Wow!
Our pleasure!
That’s a Mancave if there ever was one!🇺🇸🇺🇸💪
Thanks for the awesome video, brother. Just wish I could hear it better. Thanks Chip! You're Da Man!
Chip has a phenominal collection. Thanks for sharing Ken!
I love all the bikes.i couldn't keep them suspended in the air because I would want to either ride or sit on the all the time. If I had bikes like that they would get riden... 🔥
YEP ! I have a collection and I ride when I can !
I'm totally speachless!!>Every bike Kap-America is showing me,and every bike "Chip"is is telling me--us about is straight BEAUTIFUL 🤔🤔👍..
I owned a few of these, bikes when I was young.Never seen or new anyone with the Harley's though. But I'm from So.Eastern Massachusetts, also I watched guys that were older than me racing alot of those same bikes..Up in 🦊 Foxboro"I think in the early early 80's there was still a outside track".And a few other race tracks in and around Mass. P.S. I forgot to mention that the few bikes I owned-->DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THE CONDITION ANY OF YOURS ARE IN<
👍
Pops Yoshimura was the best . ( R.I.P.) inventer of honda's first two stroke the honda Elsinore
It was the best of times as it was Pops himself was my instructor when i was in honda two stroke school in 1975 .. It was Pops Yoshimura explained to us how a two stroke makes boost in the crankcase ...and how the sound wave created the the expansion chamber blocks the exhaust power the hold back the supercharged air/fuel mix from escaping the exhaust port right before the Piston can physically block the exhaust port on the compression stroke
Cool story. Must have been an experience being there with him.
Great video as always.good history lessons as well.
That 95 cr is absolutely beautiful. The best looking plastic/ graphics ever made
Couldn't agree more. I had the 93 but I wanted that 95 more than anything
Couldn't agree more!
But the '96 (like mine) got the good forks, finally...
WOW! What a awesome collection! Brings back such wonderful memories. God Bless.
Gonna have to let you go all those dogs are stealing the show
QUIET, Dogs!!! SERIOUSLY, What an awesome collection! Thanks for sharing this with us, Ken!
I LOVE the '97(?) CR500 that's hanging way high up. That's alway been my favorite color combo... I remember thumbing through Dennis Kirk catalogues every day in high school when those were new!)
edit 1:01:08 - yeah ...and not only does the Hellcat have considerably less power, but, weighs a LITERAL TON more than the Camaro (All of those new Hellcats, ZL1s, Mustangs, etc, weigh so much it's insane!)
Beautiful bikes Kem , I have never seen a Marty Smith replica .. the RM125B FMF is 😮 all ready to race .. ❤
Wow really amazing! Beautiful bikes. Thank you for letting us see! 👍 On Any Sunday Husky! 💪
Wow great looking shop.i love all the dogs in the shop.praise the lord.
What a menagerie of dirt bike nostalgia from the Glory Days, Cap’n Kap 😍😁😁😁
Those bikes are amazing, the real deal. It's no dog and pony show. 😉
This gentleman has good taste....in every sense of the term🏆🐕🦺👍
Nicely done 🏁
Hell Yeah 🚀🏁🔥
I love the look of old air-cooled bikes. my family had a 1980 cr250 88 kdx200 and xr400, 200 some one stole them out of our storage unit😢.
The Bultaco were known for their detail as now you know in your gasgas ...few of us can appreciate
Wow those are some beautiful bikes. I may actually rebiuld an old 81 CR80 that my dad had. I just gotta have it shipped from Ohio out here and then I’ll probably make it like a works edition. Gold rims, works pipe and suspension.
Ken don’t feel bad I thought the exact same thing with the Mugen. I was thinking how cool having an air cooled engine in a pro link first generation suspension! I think it’s the red 250R look alike engine that does that?
Just a wonderful video!!!
What a beautiful collection
Wow... great content SR!!!.i love the mid 80s CRs and KXs
sweet collection man !
What a beautiful collection of Greatness!!! God Bless America!!! I don’t blame him you get a lot more enjoyment outa of a collection of toys than you do pile’s of 💵 very NICE🇺🇸💪🏼🦅
WOW what a place 😍shame about the scissor lift mind 🤣🤣
1976 Suzuki RM-125A had a 6-speed gearbox.
Need a bottle of Excedrin after this one but serious collection !
LOVE to hear the history of these bikes. Sure wish we could actually hear him clearly. Do more of these plz.
His mic is not working. We are hearing him only on your mic.
Just a suggestion.
Thanks for the cool content. I’m this guys same age and remember going to the dealership and daydreaming of that same Honda CR125. Grew up in the so cal suburbs miles from any dirt. Never was able to buy one, just a a copy of the latest Dirt Bike magazine and the brochures I would take from the dealer. I still say “someday” lol. Need to sell some VW busses I guess.
😂
For me On Any Sunday was the match that lit the motorcycle fire. I wonder if it was for him?
Hell yes, a lifelong obsession, born in 65!
lovely machines from a golden era what a stunning collection i wish atk would return with a bigbore mx 4 stroke or 2 stroke always wanted to ride ken i think you should also start restoring american muscle cars
amazing video, had a IT175 Yamaha in 86 ,later a KX 250 that was holy shit ,but it was stolen ,later when i got married, I bought a V-max, was fun to, love these clips mister Kaplan
Went from a 1970 Kawasaki 238 Greenstreak to a brand new 1973 Honda Elsinore. Pretty sure i had died and gone to heaven.
I wonder if those Wilson joists can hold all that extra weight 😅
Shelby only built 3 unpainted cobra's ever . One was raced and crashed ...one was bought by an indy doctor and you found the other one as this is the most rare shelby cobra
Do you sell parts I need a 1999 cr80 keihin carb as saved up got bike n dident notice the tick over screw was snapped off in carb I feel like I've failed thankyou
Parts Unlimited carries new carbs & parts.
I was living in Santa Fe when the can am hit the tracks and dominated the 250 class . By merely changing the rotary intake valve you could change from a torque enduro to a pippy top end motocross machine. ....whats the dry weight of the Mugen 360 honda ? 217 - 220 lbs ? I watched marty smith at our local track run the dash for cash leading the race of 5 laps for $100 bucks throw the chain off , flipped the bike up side down on the bars and seat , spun the rear wheel and rolled the chain back on . Flipped the bike on its wheels and finished the 5 laps of the dash for cash still leading the race and 1st place on a 1976 CR125R in an outlaw open class run what you brung
When you got your S&W suspension kit , you got one inch longer rear shocks made by Monroe shocks and front damper rods two inches longer than stock
🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤wow everything there is spot on
Thats a lot of iron hanging from that truss. Im sure he checked the capacity
watched again
How to do it properly 🐾❤️👍🏻👊🏻✊🏻
Wow 😲
Wow))) nice)))
This was great but who is this guy Chip? I must have missed his bio. Cool guy for sure.
His real name is Chippidy do da de.
Hey seeing some of it beats not seeing none of it ...thanks for taking the time out for this museum !!! Now here is one that should give you a hoot and a half with these two noobs in a new ford raptor pickup truck on a motocross track doing a big camel hump jump go wrong (flat tires ,busted shocks etc etc.....)

Put the dogs outside. I can’t even hear what the guy is saying.
Someone unplug that damn alarm, or turn the key to base operation
Easy 2 look at frame rails, huh???
Would have been awesome if you would have did the video over lunch hour but with the scissor lift , dogs and the guy with the hammer really took away from it
We filmed for 11 til 4, the progress continued
Holyshit..
S A N O
Can't hear crap over them barking dogs. Can't watch it.
Ken is Badass, but who evers place that is so RUDE. They were so rude to Ken. I would have left. Why couldn’t he shut all those dogs and whistles and bells and people. Sorry Ken.
Un watchable to much bk noise can't here what's being said in gutted
I forget how many Supercross races I saw Jimmy Ellis win in Montreal at the Olympic Stadium starting in 1976 on a Can-Am
CCM unobtainable jaw-dropping
Mugen 😍
Great video if fork lift wasn't beeping the video and a dog barking all my favorite late 70s and 80s mx bikes and was ruined because of that
