Honestly I have to disagree... DO NOT use them on the shotgun!!! After dumping nearly 400 engrams into that levi engram (shotty/class sword), so that's 200 levi engrams, I have gotten the shotgun pattern x5 completed while the Warlock Sword was still at 3/5. Then I moved on to my hunter and dumped another ~100 engrams (50 levi engrams) and only got 1 deepsight Sword. That's when I decided to use the Resonates on the swords. While this is just my own observations, it seems like the shotty comes up about ~65% of the time. Both the shotty and Sword have around a 6% chance to be deepsight. So if you want really really good craftable class swords then use the resonates on the swords as they seem to have a much lower drop chance overall AND there are 3 swords to collect, if you play all 3 classes. Then again if you just need the shotty now and don't care about blowing "rare and limited" resources on a fairly common drop rate weapon then sure go for it.
I used one on the class sword, as I was already at 4/5 for that pattern but already had the shotgun pattern unlocked a looong time ago. If you want all three class swords, you'll get a lot of shotguns. :)
Agreed, it's arguably the best arc PVE pulse. Lots of great perk combos, Demo w Adrenaline Junkie and Dragonfly w Rampage or One For All are the standouts IMO
in their defense, you can claim season pass rewards from last season, so whatever you have left over this season, can still be obtained as you need them in season 22

I would definitely add Commemoration to the list; LMGs are just all around great right now, so if you don't want to have to grind the first hidden chest in DSC, definitely recommend using a harmonizer to finish it off. Retrofit is another good LMG, and goes hard on volatile builds, add that to the list.
I’m surprised some raid weapons were on here at all, just do the raid, don’t use it on it when you can just farm the raid. I recommend old seasonal weapons that are now unavailable
Id hypothetically target retrofit over commemoration because of rarity and 4 times/target lock is just nutty. But Ive got all the sold seasonal stuff and had garbage luck farming DSC so Ive spent a couple harmonizers on those guns
@@Kp7-22 Exactly you're wasting mats going out of your way to spend harmonizer on raid weapons, especially when those raids can come up as the Rotator where you can target farm endlessly for what you need. DSC is a complete cake walk and it's free as free can be with those weapons
Maybe it's just me, but I feel like these should be rewarded for Grandmaster Nightfalls or other really hard activities. You only get them once for completing the Grandmaster version of that activity, and it may entice people to do that playlist just to get them.
GMs are extremely easy now, 15 min runs nowadays. No way they add that to the already great rewards (1-2 ascendant shards, up to 2 exotics, an adept weapon) and you want harmonizers too?
erm sorry but no, why give gms the only place for these to drop when they work on any weapon with the ability to deepsight them, gms already are piss easy and with double loot active (depending on the week), they are literally easy mode for resources, keeping them part of the season pass is fine because you get 3 for free on the non paid track and 3 more from the paid track, no point in adding something to gms that could literally be farmed and render a lot of red border farming totally redundant beyond getting the normaly (non red border to drop) if all you need with harmonizers is the ability to deepsight it and pull a pattern (which i can bet many players already have a plethora of these in the vault by now ready to use harmonizers on) I know I do

The arc grenade launcher is probably one of the most viable options due to the rarity to get deepsight from a raid weapon atop the rare drop for chain reaction.
Rarity for a raid weapon? Vow has a built in mechanic where you can get a guarenteed red frame each week, and on top of that you can buy one each week after beating Rhulk. I finished off my Vow patterns by just finding a Rhulk CP each week, beating him (sometimes got a red frame from RNG) and buying whatever weapon I wanted.
I'd also like to mention that because Disparity can roll with Gravestone, it is an excellent weapon for PVE too. Remember, Pulse rifles are always on the radar for champion mods.
All jokes aside, please get the damn gun. Crafted Disparity is by far one of the nastiest pulse rifles ever created. I weep for the New Lights that can't have it (at least not right now)
For people that play consistently and always have all the raid/season weapons craftable pretty quickly, use them on the Neomuna patterns, by far the hardest to get in the game.

Round Robin is already worth crafting for pvp, but it's probably gonna be pretty good for pve too when they buff hand cannons considering that it already hits like a truck with kill clip and the mini rockets.
I’m kinda surprised Retrofit wasn’t mentioned. It still a decent machine gun to use in pve and it still does decent with volatile after the nerf. Just not a crazy gun to worry about not having
I see Commemoration in the replies, and while that is a fantastic gun, Retro has some advantages over it: 4th Times/Target Lock is excellent at Boss DPS (probably better than commemoration), and the deep deep well of reserves means that it is very flexible to use on both adds and a Boss. It also procs volatile round explosions more rapidly than commemoration because of its faster RPM.
@@Enforcer6k let me tell you why commemoration is better. 1) it can roll with 4th time killing tally, which while target lock is higher if you miss a single shot with target lock you lose all the extra damage while killing tally is 30% till you reload 2)ever since they nerfed volatile, there’s an internal cooldown of how many times you can proc it so it doesn’t matter the rpm 3) commemoration shoots slower making it easier to hit crits and proc 4th time Also assuming you miss zero shots with target lock it averages out to 25% extra damage over all ur magazine
For clarification, Word Loot Pool usually means they can drop in the world - from any legendary engram on the ground, prime engrams, Banshee's Reputation Engrams. Ikelos is in that world loot pool. The WQ-era seasonal weapons are from the "Banshee/Xur Vendor Loot Pool" and can only be sold as such (as of right now). If you missed those weapons, you can hoard your Harmonizer's and pray, but they could end up never selling them. So keep that in mind. (My hot take - based on reaction I've recieved from my content/comments - use them on LF/WQ campaign weapons as they are a PAIN to grind, hoard them for the vendors to maybe sell them (if you missed WQ-seasons), and then just use them on what you like, maybe raid weapons - especially for those that maybe don't raid/farm often).
WQ weapons are easier to get than LF. Doing WQ missions, opening deep sight chests, high value target and ranking up with they vendor could drop them. On the other side, LF weapons are a pain to get right now. Only from missions as powerful engrams and ranking with Nimbus can drop them.
@@wannabesedated LF weapons drop from Heroic PE as well (and VIP Patrols, weekly Nimbus powerful). But I totally agree, WQ are far easier to grind than LF. Just when compared to raid/seasonal - these are grindy and I see as a far better use of Harmonizers. But really, use them on what you want.
One weapon I'm trying to get crafted is Iterative Loop. I like rapid fire fusions in pve, and this one can get lead from gold and voltshot, making it great for double special loadouts
@@xcq4947 was going to mention this. Enhanced both Compulsive reloaded and Voltshot on mine and it’s one of my most used secondaries in the game right now. The fast reload is very, very nice.
In my opinion... Witch Queen: piece of mind, under your skin, sweet sorrow. Haunted: Austringer, Calus mini tool, beloved, bump in the night, Drang. Plunder: Tarnished Metal or brigand's law. Seraph: Ikelos SMG, disparity, maybe retraced path, maybe fire and forget. Some of those haven't become available through vendors yet, and some are there in case you already have most of the patterns and you just need 1 more.
Wastelander/bxr are both very consistently good weapons with my wastelander shoty at level 166 it’s my favorite weapon in the game. Imperial decree is easy to farm, the arc trace rifle that can get volt shot is very strong.. use it on whatever you want just be smart about it
I have every pattern for weapons I want to craft, so with mine I actually used them on the throne world weapons. Sounds weird but but you need to craft them for the seal and farming them was the last thing I wanted to do. Saved me a lot of time
I already have these because I grinded so hard last year to collect em all like Pokemon so I am going to use mine on some raid weapons toward the end of the season. But I really appreciate your perk suggestions. Definitely going to take a look at the ones I don't use often and see what could use a rework.
@@Welverin with how few people really enjoy doing dares enough for grinding it's weapons, every single dares gun is a viable option to clear out Harmonizers so you don't loose any before a season finishes if there are no better options you still need to finish and can easily farm.

The sweet sorrow is a sleeper pick for behemoths. The auto loading and high rof makes it ideal to swap to to break crystals and stow to use wishender or agers

I'm sure Fallout got things like Fixed Odds farmed in the past, but as someone who only ever got to 3/5 (before that season ended and I never went back), who uses a non-shaped Fixed Odds all the time as my sniper/MG, that's one of my top priorities for harmonizers. Might be good to call out the best dungeon/raid drops that you could harmonize too.
I’m choosing austringer. It’s so good (I have a snapshot & rangefinder role) and I already love it. The only reason I’m chasing patterns is because I got it from banshee (I think) and so I can’t masterwork it. I had no idea this was a thing, but it just doesn’t have a masterwork.
I'm surprised that Zouli's Bane did not get mentioned alongside Forebearance because it can put in work. Next season I am spending mine on getting a crafted Explosive Payload + Incandescent god roll.

I actually had that drop and could've stopped gathering red borders from KF. Why craft it if you have the 5/5 roll? There may be some others I didn't get crafted from there, but I managed to get that, the sniper and scout. Good weapons. I didn't care much for the fusion or LMG honestly. Zouli's is good for a solar build if you don't have room for Sunshot because you're running another exotic.
The funny things is that most weapons require 5 red borders I believe? So with this currency you'd only be able to use it to unlock *one* weapon and thats if you get the season pass. Like lol?
as someone who just recently started doing neomuna crafted weapons, heroic patrols were supposedly changed to include the world loot pool as well, drastically reducing it's farming potency. Public event hopping and completing heroic patrols passively or while waiting for a public event is usually best. You're gonna want to learn "Cabal mining," "Injection Rig," and "Vex construction" heroic patrol requirements, terminal overload does not grant red borders, and completing standard patrols can enable a heroic to spawn, albeit very unlikely.
Bungie did say that they will be adding more sources for deep sight harmonizer, and that this is a test run (kinda like how RON adept weapons can be enhanced.)
I definitely recommend using it on none grindable (raid) weapons mentioned, because even if it takes a little longer, you save mats just crafting the stuff harder to get and a good bit of those and really good, if not meta, so those would be better spent for the deepsight. I wholeheartedly love disparity and forebearance to no end, so much that 4 of my harmonizers went into the pulse and the gl never enters my vault.
I used one to finish Fathers Sins. It was the last WitchQueen crafted weapon I didn’t have and I got the triumph. Anyways, I have all of the season crafted guns except for Neomuna and working on that grind. I think these are just like you said, just finish up the patterns for those you missed. Good video.
Round Robin has to be unlocked first by completing the quest From Zero... To Hero, which will award a red border version. Each character can do this quest, netting you 3 red borders that way. You can also get the Neomuna craftable guns from the engrams when you rank up Nimbus and as a reward for the weekly campaign missions.
I think a solid pick is fixed odds and epicurean from Duality. Those two are two of many drops in duality, and even though theyve increased the odds of getting deepsight versions of these weapons, theyre still pretty rare to come by. And if you don't farm duality for drops, chances are it will take you ages to get your hands on the patterns. I can't 100% recommend epicurean, since it doesn't really have that much going for it in terms of perk combinations and faces stark competition from techeun force and main ingredient, but I can definitely recommend fixed odds with feeding frenzy and incandescent as a very solid weapon if you don't have a good unwavering duty (like myself, as i have had extraordinarily bad luck with trials weapons)
Highly suggest using it for retrofit, one of the best heavies I’ve ever used. I use it more than any other heavy and almost like a special at times. It’s the best 10/10 would recommend crafting if u can
As someone who got all the seasonal patterns from last year, I'm just waiting for Duality rotator so I can farm a few Fixed Odds to harmonize. Feel like everyone forgets about this one, but its a machine gun with an even stronger ammo economy than commemoration, and gets your choice of killing tally or incandescent. Helps that red borders from that dungeon are rare as fuck
On the topic of Piece of Mind... Hot take here... screw perpetual motion, go for overflow. Honestly its hilarious. If you have a good special ammo weapon and quickly scoop up those ammo drops before your team mates you can get Piece of Mind (with the right mag and backup mag mod) up to over 120 rounds loaded. Its absoutly hilarious to literally spew more rounds down range than an entire mag of Serious Business... xD people really dont expect to get pinned down by someone with 100+ rounds in the mag.
Def only using them on raid weapons, these are a cool little bonus to the battle pass since they’ve been needing something since removing legendary ornaments etc.
The weapon I've been mainly using my S21 Deepsight Harmonizers on is Bump In The Night, although I did use one of them just to complete the deepsight on Heritage. Since Starfire was put into the same tier as Melee Kirby (for raids, at least), I've been looking to try and get good with the Izanagi + rocket combo for DPS, and I've heard around that Bump in the Night is the best rocket launcher for it as you can craft it with both ALH and Chill Clip.
I was one of those people who took advantage of the Deepsights Everyday time at the end of last expansion to finish all of my seasonals again. Now, I’m applying that same logic and just doing it slowly every week. I’ll get the raid weapons when I get them so I’m in no rush, but I recommend if you are a vet and have been playing for 2+ years spend them on raid weapons, or save them for the returning raid if you already have those patterns.
For me, raid weapons and only raid weapons. My OCD is that I need all exotic weapons/armor, all catalysts need completing, and I strive to get all red borders in the game even though I don't craft every weapon (probably less than half of the crafted weapons have I actually crafted) but nonetheless I need those red borders completed just in case someday the gun is god-tier. This season I have mostly accomplished my goals: I got my final exotic in the game when I got Collective Obligation and now every exotic is checked off, I've had all catalysts for a couple seasons now and just update it season after season, and I now have every red border in the game done with the exception of a couple Last Wish weapons since I didn't actually farm Last Wish at the beginning of the season like a lot of people did.
I have one more left, and one pattern away from a crafted beloved. I am praying that banshee will bring a beloved since he brought austringer and drang.
honestly, I've been holding onto them, but used one to finish my Commemoration, and now I just used 3 to get Forbearance. I have 2 left, and if I don't get a deep sight Forbearance in a chest this Tuesday, I'll most likely use it to complete that weapon.
I used my first one on the last hunter sword from last season's table. I didn't want to go through 100 more engrams to get nothing but shotguns. I probably won't even craft it, I just wanted it done since I got the other classes done last season. Gonna use others to finish Zaouli's Bane or other raid weapons because they can be a pain to get if your raid group isn't running King's Fall much
I finished off my Deliverance, Bequest, and Succession patterns with mine. I'm glad hitting the free raid chests each week is really paying off even more now.
Used 5 on commemoration. Had bad luck and never got 1 red. It's a gun I've used ever since I got it back when the original raid came out and was super excited when it was craftable, but could never get anyone to reliably run the raid with. It's pretty damn great.
7:57 feeding is better in lower level content where a red bar dreg/thrall/goblin/psion will go down in one mag. but in higher level stuff, threat detector is where it's at. you WILL be near an enemy or two at basically all times, and your fodder enemies may not go down in a single mag, meaning no easy voltshot. plus the stability and handling are nice too.
I literally used it on the Tyranny of Heaven after the first week since I only had 2 left to unlock to complete all the Last Wish frames. Saving 1 for next season Used the other 3 for the new season of the deep taken weapons. Because I had nothing left to unlock.
I ended up using my harmonizers on the class-specific swords from last season since I’ve already crafted most of the weapons in this video. Had just enough to unlock the patterns for all three.
Had BxR at 3/5 and couldn't get them to drop no matter how much Dares I farmed, definitely used 2 to finally get that done as I have most of the other weapons on this list craftable already anyways.
I recommended to my fiance that Tarnished Mettle should be the weapon she uses the harmonizers on since she wants to get into doing grandmasters and it's a really good scout that has plenty of really good perk combo options
To that end, I'd suggest using them on the IKELOS SMG. I love the Plunder weapons, hell my Brigand's Law was the first gun I had to break 10k kills, but the IKELOS SMG kills their niche and spits on it.
I used mine to finish the Judgement of Kelgorath patterns because I didn't play that season and I like Glaives. I think the best use case is weapons you can't farm anymore, just buy however many copies you need from Xur or Banshee.
I spent my first one today. I've been trying to craft a Sweet Sorrow autorifle for ages and only needed 1 to finish the pattern so I'm quite happy. Great for my Ionic Trace Warlock.
As a PVP only player the austinger is THE best I’ve used them all rose, cantata, igneous, RR and fatebringer and not a single of them come close to how that gun feels and produces kills. I will absolutely be using all 5 of my harmonizers on it since I never got one back when it was available.
for a threadling build rufus's fury is great. i think its the only weapon that can haev hatchling and demo. kill dudes, a hatchling or two pops out, get energy for grenade that you consume for more hatchlings. you can be the very best like no one ever was
They said the season pass was the only way for the initial roll out, which implies there might other ways in the future. I have yet to see them state definitively that there will be.
Imo the best thing to spend them on is any Neomuna weapons you need to finish along with literally any other weapons you either missed or want. Example, I've been wanting a crafted Posterity forever and I already had 3 patterns, but haven't been able to get a raid together with my buddies lately, so I used 2 to get the last patterns I needed for it.
probably good to fix the wording around the deepsight harmonizers in this video, as i have no idea if they just complete a pattern outright or only give you 1 or 2 points of progress towards the pattern you're trying to unlock
The smart thing would probably be finishing up patterns for rare crafting weapons like raid weapons or weapons from past seasons only sold by xur and banshee. That being said i used 5 of 6 to have immediate access on the apex predator.
Only reason I wouldn't recommend that is dares is quite farmable for keys and it's far from a difficult activity. Definitely agree with crafting one though, it's a great weapon

Sweet Sorrow for PVE, it can be setup w crazy high stats w the right barrel like smallbore or hammer forged, range frame and accurized rds. Its being sold by banshee often this season and is extremely viable w this artifact. Autoloading w Demo is crazy good w Getaway Artists and Shinobu's Vow.
Have most of these weapons crafted from last year. Glad to see it all covered for newer players though. Personally thinking about what to spend my last 5 on. Thinking about rufus from RoN or round robbin for strand synergy. Handcannons are getting that pve buff sooninsh.
So for calus mini tool and hollow denial, I believe it was confirmed by dataminers that they are not currently in xur/banshees loot pool. So they are unobtainable rn
Since I've kept up with crafting season to season and have all the old season and raid weapons crafted I decided to use my harmonizers on weapons that don't have a guarenteed deepsight source - Neomuna weapons and the Opulent node at the War Table to finish off the class swords.
I think something they could implement is possibly putting few per week from the 3 core playlists/their extensions. Here’s a rough idea: Nightfalls have a drop rate but you are guaranteed ONE harmonizer After 5 heroic NFs 4 Legend NFs 3 Master NFs 2 GM nightfalls Crucible is drop rate with 1 guaranteed after 15 regular matches (not including fast modes like mayhem) 6-7 competitive matches Iron banner would have its own harmonizer when available - 10 matches Gambit would be a solid 10 matches, maybe 8 Trials is the only different one, as you will receive one if you have 7 wins with LESS THAN 3 losses. Not flawless, but 3 losses. I feel being available for 4 (sometimes 5) harmonizers a week (account wide) may be more helpful while still keeping them hard to get and rare. To make it guaranteed 5 (one weapon a week) maybe you can add one for your first raid clear of the week.
Should mention that Disparity is also cracked in PvE for Stasis builds. Rapid Hit/Headstone is snappy as hell, and thanks to Hakke Breach Armaments it instantly breaks the crystals in one shot. I never take it off my Stasis Warlock and Titan lol.
I used 2 on Iterative Loop... probably gonna use 2 more on Phyllotactic. Neomuna weapons are just such a PAIN to farm and those 2 are the ones I want the most.
Used mine on my old The Other Half, from before they were craftable. Saved me a lot of Dares grinding, since it's the only red border not guaranteed from your weekly reward. Dunno what to use the others on, maybe raid items I'm sick of running the actual raid for.
I've gotten I believe 3 out of 6. I've used 1 on Trustee, 2 on Ikelos Sniper. As for how to get Harmonizers later in the game, I think making it buyable with 1x ascendant shard, 2x alloy, and 50,000 Glimmer could be fair. Expensive enough to where you aren't always gonna be able to spam them out, but not cheap enough to make them not hold value,
you can also get neomuna weapons from public events, but its REALLY rare I got a phyllotactic spiral yesterday from a public event on neomuna and instantly used my harmonizer on it, which tbh is probably what im gonna spend all of my harmonizers on (neomuna weapons) their drop rates are so low that its just so much pain to get ANY neomuna weapon aside from the 3 uncraftable ones u can get from terminal overload, and the sooner i have their patterns, the better
Slight correction: Heroic patrols are *no longer the best way to farm Neomuna red borders*. Drop rates were cut drastically. Now you want to run heroic public events as much as possible, only doing patrols when no public event is available.
If anyone wants last wish red borders but doesn't want to lfg or run a raid the secret chest DO drop red borders, out of the 6 chests I usually get 2 red borders to drop, it would take forever to get them all but you can totally get them all without doing a single encounter in the raid.
I've used 2 so far, both on Round Robin. I missed out on the pre-nerf patrol farm, and was stuck having to complete my patterns with a MUCH slower Neomuna grind. I got tired of spending hours in patrol, so I said f*** it and completed the pattern. I may used some or all of the others on goldtusk and/or duality weapons. Basically, anything that relies on RNG for the drop. I can be patient with any wepaons with a guaranteed drop (even if it's just one per week).
My recommendation would be neomuna weapons as they're a pain to grind for, and any weapons that you may be missing from witch queen seasons as from my knowledge, there's no reliable way to farm for them untill they eventually get rotated into dares.
Forbearance is a must, it gets a ton of credit and its still not enough for how good it is, other weapons which are decent are submission with subsistence / frenzy and surprisingly rufus's fury with recon, target lock/hatching for primary weapons they are decent and im always using them, esp since autos are barrier this season
If you like collecting patterns like I do, for my money there’s no worse grind for red borders than the Neomuna weapons, which is probably where all my harmonizers are gonna go. If you’re not missing any patterns from past seasons, the Neomuna weapons are the only craftable weapons in the game without a way to guarantee a red border drop. Also, they changed the drop rates a while back such that Neomuna weapons, red border or not, drop from heroic public events as well, so do those if you’re farming for them.
I haven't crafted a Round Robin yet, might go for that. I've kept up with all the seasonal crafting - not all the raid crafting. Neomuna weapons are decent though.

Honestly I have to disagree... DO NOT use them on the shotgun!!! After dumping nearly 400 engrams into that levi engram (shotty/class sword), so that's 200 levi engrams, I have gotten the shotgun pattern x5 completed while the Warlock Sword was still at 3/5.
Then I moved on to my hunter and dumped another ~100 engrams (50 levi engrams) and only got 1 deepsight Sword. That's when I decided to use the Resonates on the swords.
While this is just my own observations, it seems like the shotty comes up about ~65% of the time. Both the shotty and Sword have around a 6% chance to be deepsight. So if you want really really good craftable class swords then use the resonates on the swords as they seem to have a much lower drop chance overall AND there are 3 swords to collect, if you play all 3 classes. Then again if you just need the shotty now and don't care about blowing "rare and limited" resources on a fairly common drop rate weapon then sure go for it.
I used one on the class sword, as I was already at 4/5 for that pattern but already had the shotgun pattern unlocked a looong time ago. If you want all three class swords, you'll get a lot of shotguns. :)

the R in RNG stands for random. I for one had about 1.5 of the swords completed when I got my fifth redbox Decree, for what that's worth.

I would definitely add Commemoration to the list; LMGs are just all around great right now, so if you don't want to have to grind the first hidden chest in DSC, definitely recommend using a harmonizer to finish it off. Retrofit is another good LMG, and goes hard on volatile builds, add that to the list.
I was low-key kinda shocked that Commemoration wasn't on the list. Reconstruction/Killing Tally is genuinely disgraceful in PvE.

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like these should be rewarded for Grandmaster Nightfalls or other really hard activities. You only get them once for completing the Grandmaster version of that activity, and it may entice people to do that playlist just to get them.

GMs are extremely easy now, 15 min runs nowadays. No way they add that to the already great rewards (1-2 ascendant shards, up to 2 exotics, an adept weapon) and you want harmonizers too?
erm sorry but no, why give gms the only place for these to drop when they work on any weapon with the ability to deepsight them, gms already are piss easy and with double loot active (depending on the week), they are literally easy mode for resources, keeping them part of the season pass is fine because you get 3 for free on the non paid track and 3 more from the paid track, no point in adding something to gms that could literally be farmed and render a lot of red border farming totally redundant beyond getting the normaly (non red border to drop) if all you need with harmonizers is the ability to deepsight it and pull a pattern (which i can bet many players already have a plethora of these in the vault by now ready to use harmonizers on) I know I do

Rarity for a raid weapon? Vow has a built in mechanic where you can get a guarenteed red frame each week, and on top of that you can buy one each week after beating Rhulk.
I finished off my Vow patterns by just finding a Rhulk CP each week, beating him (sometimes got a red frame from RNG) and buying whatever weapon I wanted.
I'd also like to mention that because Disparity can roll with Gravestone, it is an excellent weapon for PVE too. Remember, Pulse rifles are always on the radar for champion mods.

For people that play consistently and always have all the raid/season weapons craftable pretty quickly, use them on the Neomuna patterns, by far the hardest to get in the game.
Especially so with how they've nerf the heroic petrols by increasing the world drop gear(garbage) from them.

+1 to this. I used my harmonizers on Neomuna weapons and the class swords from the Opulent node at the War Table.
Round Robin is already worth crafting for pvp, but it's probably gonna be pretty good for pve too when they buff hand cannons considering that it already hits like a truck with kill clip and the mini rockets.

Commemoration can roll with reconstruction killing tally which is way better than anything retrofit can roll with in the current sandbox
I even use Corrective Measure over that thing, if I’m not using Commemoration.
I see Commemoration in the replies, and while that is a fantastic gun, Retro has some advantages over it:
4th Times/Target Lock is excellent at Boss DPS (probably better than commemoration), and the deep deep well of reserves means that it is very flexible to use on both adds and a Boss. It also procs volatile round explosions more rapidly than commemoration because of its faster RPM.

1) it can roll with 4th time killing tally, which while target lock is higher if you miss a single shot with target lock you lose all the extra damage while killing tally is 30% till you reload
2)ever since they nerfed volatile, there’s an internal cooldown of how many times you can proc it so it doesn’t matter the rpm
3) commemoration shoots slower making it easier to hit crits and proc 4th time
Also assuming you miss zero shots with target lock it averages out to 25% extra damage over all ur magazine
First column Disparity perks are all good and it's honestly just a preference. Feeding Frenzy + Joltshot goes really hard on Ikelos in PvP too
For clarification, Word Loot Pool usually means they can drop in the world - from any legendary engram on the ground, prime engrams, Banshee's Reputation Engrams. Ikelos is in that world loot pool. The WQ-era seasonal weapons are from the "Banshee/Xur Vendor Loot Pool" and can only be sold as such (as of right now).
If you missed those weapons, you can hoard your Harmonizer's and pray, but they could end up never selling them. So keep that in mind. (My hot take - based on reaction I've recieved from my content/comments - use them on LF/WQ campaign weapons as they are a PAIN to grind, hoard them for the vendors to maybe sell them (if you missed WQ-seasons), and then just use them on what you like, maybe raid weapons - especially for those that maybe don't raid/farm often).
WQ weapons are easier to get than LF. Doing WQ missions, opening deep sight chests, high value target and ranking up with they vendor could drop them. On the other side, LF weapons are a pain to get right now. Only from missions as powerful engrams and ranking with Nimbus can drop them.
@@wannabesedated LF weapons drop from Heroic PE as well (and VIP Patrols, weekly Nimbus powerful). But I totally agree, WQ are far easier to grind than LF. Just when compared to raid/seasonal - these are grindy and I see as a far better use of Harmonizers. But really, use them on what you want.
One weapon I'm trying to get crafted is Iterative Loop. I like rapid fire fusions in pve, and this one can get lead from gold and voltshot, making it great for double special loadouts
That's a good roll, also compulsive reloader is great because you gotta reload after every kill to proc volt shot.
@@xcq4947 was going to mention this. Enhanced both Compulsive reloaded and Voltshot on mine and it’s one of my most used secondaries in the game right now. The fast reload is very, very nice.

Using my harmonizer on the menagerie swords was the best thing I’ve ever done. 400+ engrams, 3/5 I hated grinding for them.

Seraph: Ikelos SMG, disparity, maybe retraced path, maybe fire and forget.
Some of those haven't become available through vendors yet, and some are there in case you already have most of the patterns and you just need 1 more.

Wastelander/bxr are both very consistently good weapons with my wastelander shoty at level 166 it’s my favorite weapon in the game.
Imperial decree is easy to farm, the arc trace rifle that can get volt shot is very strong.. use it on whatever you want just be smart about it
I have every pattern for weapons I want to craft, so with mine I actually used them on the throne world weapons. Sounds weird but but you need to craft them for the seal and farming them was the last thing I wanted to do. Saved me a lot of time
I already have these because I grinded so hard last year to collect em all like Pokemon so I am going to use mine on some raid weapons toward the end of the season. But I really appreciate your perk suggestions. Definitely going to take a look at the ones I don't use often and see what could use a rework.

The other half is insane value. If you have one lying around and still want a craftable eager edge sword, all it takes is one pattern.

The sweet sorrow is a sleeper pick for behemoths. The auto loading and high rof makes it ideal to swap to to break crystals and stow to use wishender or agers

Just remember that Raid Weapons require 15 Spoils to add deepsight.
I'm sure Fallout got things like Fixed Odds farmed in the past, but as someone who only ever got to 3/5 (before that season ended and I never went back), who uses a non-shaped Fixed Odds all the time as my sniper/MG, that's one of my top priorities for harmonizers. Might be good to call out the best dungeon/raid drops that you could harmonize too.
I’m choosing austringer. It’s so good (I have a snapshot & rangefinder role) and I already love it. The only reason I’m chasing patterns is because I got it from banshee (I think) and so I can’t masterwork it. I had no idea this was a thing, but it just doesn’t have a masterwork.

I'm surprised that Zouli's Bane did not get mentioned alongside Forebearance because it can put in work. Next season I am spending mine on getting a crafted Explosive Payload + Incandescent god roll.
Consensus has been that Zouli's just isn't great from a feel perspective, so it tends to get left out
King’s Fall requires so little effort don’t bother wasting harmonizers.

There may be some others I didn't get crafted from there, but I managed to get that, the sniper and scout. Good weapons. I didn't care much for the fusion or LMG honestly. Zouli's is good for a solar build if you don't have room for Sunshot because you're running another exotic.
The funny things is that most weapons require 5 red borders I believe? So with this currency you'd only be able to use it to unlock *one* weapon and thats if you get the season pass. Like lol?
as someone who just recently started doing neomuna crafted weapons, heroic patrols were supposedly changed to include the world loot pool as well, drastically reducing it's farming potency. Public event hopping and completing heroic patrols passively or while waiting for a public event is usually best. You're gonna want to learn "Cabal mining," "Injection Rig," and "Vex construction" heroic patrol requirements, terminal overload does not grant red borders, and completing standard patrols can enable a heroic to spawn, albeit very unlikely.
Pay to win currency by the way. We gotta make sure Bungie give us a way to farm for them and not paid for.
Bungie did say that they will be adding more sources for deep sight harmonizer, and that this is a test run (kinda like how RON adept weapons can be enhanced.)

I definitely recommend using it on none grindable (raid) weapons mentioned, because even if it takes a little longer, you save mats just crafting the stuff harder to get and a good bit of those and really good, if not meta, so those would be better spent for the deepsight. I wholeheartedly love disparity and forebearance to no end, so much that 4 of my harmonizers went into the pulse and the gl never enters my vault.

I used one to finish Fathers Sins. It was the last WitchQueen crafted weapon I didn’t have and I got the triumph. Anyways, I have all of the season crafted guns except for Neomuna and working on that grind. I think these are just like you said, just finish up the patterns for those you missed. Good video.
Round Robin has to be unlocked first by completing the quest From Zero... To Hero, which will award a red border version. Each character can do this quest, netting you 3 red borders that way.
You can also get the Neomuna craftable guns from the engrams when you rank up Nimbus and as a reward for the weekly campaign missions.
I think a solid pick is fixed odds and epicurean from Duality. Those two are two of many drops in duality, and even though theyve increased the odds of getting deepsight versions of these weapons, theyre still pretty rare to come by. And if you don't farm duality for drops, chances are it will take you ages to get your hands on the patterns. I can't 100% recommend epicurean, since it doesn't really have that much going for it in terms of perk combinations and faces stark competition from techeun force and main ingredient, but I can definitely recommend fixed odds with feeding frenzy and incandescent as a very solid weapon if you don't have a good unwavering duty (like myself, as i have had extraordinarily bad luck with trials weapons)
Highly suggest using it for retrofit, one of the best heavies I’ve ever used. I use it more than any other heavy and almost like a special at times. It’s the best 10/10 would recommend crafting if u can

As someone who got all the seasonal patterns from last year, I'm just waiting for Duality rotator so I can farm a few Fixed Odds to harmonize. Feel like everyone forgets about this one, but its a machine gun with an even stronger ammo economy than commemoration, and gets your choice of killing tally or incandescent. Helps that red borders from that dungeon are rare as fuck
On the topic of Piece of Mind...
Hot take here... screw perpetual motion, go for overflow. Honestly its hilarious. If you have a good special ammo weapon and quickly scoop up those ammo drops before your team mates you can get Piece of Mind (with the right mag and backup mag mod) up to over 120 rounds loaded. Its absoutly hilarious to literally spew more rounds down range than an entire mag of Serious Business... xD people really dont expect to get pinned down by someone with 100+ rounds in the mag.
Def only using them on raid weapons, these are a cool little bonus to the battle pass since they’ve been needing something since removing legendary ornaments etc.
The weapon I've been mainly using my S21 Deepsight Harmonizers on is Bump In The Night, although I did use one of them just to complete the deepsight on Heritage.
Since Starfire was put into the same tier as Melee Kirby (for raids, at least), I've been looking to try and get good with the Izanagi + rocket combo for DPS, and I've heard around that Bump in the Night is the best rocket launcher for it as you can craft it with both ALH and Chill Clip.
I recomend picking up Zaolis bane since HC will get a massive buff in pve
I was one of those people who took advantage of the Deepsights Everyday time at the end of last expansion to finish all of my seasonals again. Now, I’m applying that same logic and just doing it slowly every week. I’ll get the raid weapons when I get them so I’m in no rush, but I recommend if you are a vet and have been playing for 2+ years spend them on raid weapons, or save them for the returning raid if you already have those patterns.
For me, raid weapons and only raid weapons. My OCD is that I need all exotic weapons/armor, all catalysts need completing, and I strive to get all red borders in the game even though I don't craft every weapon (probably less than half of the crafted weapons have I actually crafted) but nonetheless I need those red borders completed just in case someday the gun is god-tier. This season I have mostly accomplished my goals: I got my final exotic in the game when I got Collective Obligation and now every exotic is checked off, I've had all catalysts for a couple seasons now and just update it season after season, and I now have every red border in the game done with the exception of a couple Last Wish weapons since I didn't actually farm Last Wish at the beginning of the season like a lot of people did.
I have one more left, and one pattern away from a crafted beloved. I am praying that banshee will bring a beloved since he brought austringer and drang.
honestly, I've been holding onto them, but used one to finish my Commemoration, and now I just used 3 to get Forbearance. I have 2 left, and if I don't get a deep sight Forbearance in a chest this Tuesday, I'll most likely use it to complete that weapon.

I finished off my Deliverance, Bequest, and Succession patterns with mine. I'm glad hitting the free raid chests each week is really paying off even more now.

Used 5 on commemoration. Had bad luck and never got 1 red. It's a gun I've used ever since I got it back when the original raid came out and was super excited when it was craftable, but could never get anyone to reliably run the raid with. It's pretty damn great.

Taniks is super easy to farm for the drop itself and you get 1 deepsight per week from the spoils chest.
7:57 feeding is better in lower level content where a red bar dreg/thrall/goblin/psion will go down in one mag. but in higher level stuff, threat detector is where it's at. you WILL be near an enemy or two at basically all times, and your fodder enemies may not go down in a single mag, meaning no easy voltshot. plus the stability and handling are nice too.
I got all the craftable weapons from previous seasons so I can use these whenever I want on whatever I want :D

I literally used it on the Tyranny of Heaven after the first week since I only had 2 left to unlock to complete all the Last Wish frames.

Used the other 3 for the new season of the deep taken weapons. Because I had nothing left to unlock.
I ended up using my harmonizers on the class-specific swords from last season since I’ve already crafted most of the weapons in this video. Had just enough to unlock the patterns for all three.
Had BxR at 3/5 and couldn't get them to drop no matter how much Dares I farmed, definitely used 2 to finally get that done as I have most of the other weapons on this list craftable already anyways.
As an M&K player I love how Austringer feels. So responsive and it feels really easy to three tap with it imo

I recommended to my fiance that Tarnished Mettle should be the weapon she uses the harmonizers on since she wants to get into doing grandmasters and it's a really good scout that has plenty of really good perk combo options
To that end, I'd suggest using them on the IKELOS SMG. I love the Plunder weapons, hell my Brigand's Law was the first gun I had to break 10k kills, but the IKELOS SMG kills their niche and spits on it.
I used mine to finish the Judgement of Kelgorath patterns because I didn't play that season and I like Glaives. I think the best use case is weapons you can't farm anymore, just buy however many copies you need from Xur or Banshee.
I spent my first one today. I've been trying to craft a Sweet Sorrow autorifle for ages and only needed 1 to finish the pattern so I'm quite happy. Great for my Ionic Trace Warlock.

As a PVP only player the austinger is THE best I’ve used them all rose, cantata, igneous, RR and fatebringer and not a single of them come close to how that gun feels and produces kills. I will absolutely be using all 5 of my harmonizers on it since I never got one back when it was available.
for a threadling build rufus's fury is great. i think its the only weapon that can haev hatchling and demo. kill dudes, a hatchling or two pops out, get energy for grenade that you consume for more hatchlings.

I believe that Bungie said they plan to make this earnable some other way eventually. But that probably means a xur quest like exotic ciphers
They said the season pass was the only way for the initial roll out, which implies there might other ways in the future.
I have yet to see them state definitively that there will be.
Imo the best thing to spend them on is any Neomuna weapons you need to finish along with literally any other weapons you either missed or want. Example, I've been wanting a crafted Posterity forever and I already had 3 patterns, but haven't been able to get a raid together with my buddies lately, so I used 2 to get the last patterns I needed for it.
probably good to fix the wording around the deepsight harmonizers in this video, as i have no idea if they just complete a pattern outright or only give you 1 or 2 points of progress towards the pattern you're trying to unlock
The smart thing would probably be finishing up patterns for rare crafting weapons like raid weapons or weapons from past seasons only sold by xur and banshee. That being said i used 5 of 6 to have immediate access on the apex predator.
i would recommend autumn wind instead of piece of mind. AW has super clean sights and can get headseeker and is easily focusable
I would also reccomend retraced path! Roll it with subsistence and incandescent will destroy a room!
Only reason I wouldn't recommend that is dares is quite farmable for keys and it's far from a difficult activity. Definitely agree with crafting one though, it's a great weapon
Accasia’s is better, however if you “cant do raids” 🙄 it is a passable substitute (but reconstruction is like a top 3 perk in the game)
@@xdifficultviper9916 unfortunately I can't do raids as I swapped platforms and I'm still working on how to communicate with others. Also I need a mic. For now though with the single player content I do along with matchmade activities it's an amazing weapon! Crucible is hilarious with it too
My go to gun for hamonizers was Forbearance (wave frame gl) and Commemoration (void MG, DSC)
Still been using ikelos smg with voltshot to this day and its still proven to be really efficient
I never use the gun to be honest. I always find using a trace rifle is more beneficial whether that be cold heart or any of the legendary ones.
Sweet Sorrow for PVE, it can be setup w crazy high stats w the right barrel like smallbore or hammer forged, range frame and accurized rds. Its being sold by banshee often this season and is extremely viable w this artifact. Autoloading w Demo is crazy good w Getaway Artists and Shinobu's Vow.

Have most of these weapons crafted from last year. Glad to see it all covered for newer players though. Personally thinking about what to spend my last 5 on. Thinking about rufus from RoN or round robbin for strand synergy. Handcannons are getting that pve buff sooninsh.
So for calus mini tool and hollow denial, I believe it was confirmed by dataminers that they are not currently in xur/banshees loot pool. So they are unobtainable rn
Since I've kept up with crafting season to season and have all the old season and raid weapons crafted I decided to use my harmonizers on weapons that don't have a guarenteed deepsight source - Neomuna weapons and the Opulent node at the War Table to finish off the class swords.
I think something they could implement is possibly putting few per week from the 3 core playlists/their extensions. Here’s a rough idea:
Nightfalls have a drop rate but you are guaranteed ONE harmonizer
After 5 heroic NFs
4 Legend NFs
3 Master NFs
2 GM nightfalls
Crucible is drop rate with 1 guaranteed after
15 regular matches (not including fast modes like mayhem)
6-7 competitive matches
Iron banner would have its own harmonizer when available - 10 matches
Gambit would be a solid 10 matches, maybe 8
Trials is the only different one, as you will receive one if you have 7 wins with LESS THAN 3 losses. Not flawless, but 3 losses.
I feel being available for 4 (sometimes 5) harmonizers a week (account wide) may be more helpful while still keeping them hard to get and rare. To make it guaranteed 5 (one weapon a week) maybe you can add one for your first raid clear of the week.
Retorit Escapade from S19 is FANTASTIC as well, easily my go-to LMG without a doubt
I'll use mine for Neomuna weapons after I'm done with the campaign and after quests in my last character, they're just so annoying to grind
Should mention that Disparity is also cracked in PvE for Stasis builds.
Rapid Hit/Headstone is snappy as hell, and thanks to Hakke Breach Armaments it instantly breaks the crystals in one shot. I never take it off my Stasis Warlock and Titan lol.
I used 2 on Iterative Loop... probably gonna use 2 more on Phyllotactic. Neomuna weapons are just such a PAIN to farm and those 2 are the ones I want the most.
According to everyone I talked to, Hollow Denial is exclusively available from Xur. I've been hunting it for weeks with no luck.
Used mine on my old The Other Half, from before they were craftable. Saved me a lot of Dares grinding, since it's the only red border not guaranteed from your weekly reward. Dunno what to use the others on, maybe raid items I'm sick of running the actual raid for.
I've gotten I believe 3 out of 6. I've used 1 on Trustee, 2 on Ikelos Sniper. As for how to get Harmonizers later in the game, I think making it buyable with 1x ascendant shard, 2x alloy, and 50,000 Glimmer could be fair. Expensive enough to where you aren't always gonna be able to spam them out, but not cheap enough to make them not hold value,
you can also get neomuna weapons from public events, but its REALLY rare
I got a phyllotactic spiral yesterday from a public event on neomuna and instantly used my harmonizer on it, which tbh is probably what im gonna spend all of my harmonizers on (neomuna weapons)
their drop rates are so low that its just so much pain to get ANY neomuna weapon aside from the 3 uncraftable ones u can get from terminal overload, and the sooner i have their patterns, the better
I used 3 to get the remaining pattern progress on the ikelos smg (for PvE), and 3 for the disparity (for PVE) as I like to play both
I used mine to finish off phylotactic round robin and cataclysmic, and gonna use the last for the other half
Slight correction: Heroic patrols are *no longer the best way to farm Neomuna red borders*. Drop rates were cut drastically. Now you want to run heroic public events as much as possible, only doing patrols when no public event is available.
I used 1 on the final round robin since patrols are a pain, pretty much how I plan on doing it. 1 here, 1 there, just supplementing

If anyone wants last wish red borders but doesn't want to lfg or run a raid the secret chest DO drop red borders, out of the 6 chests I usually get 2 red borders to drop, it would take forever to get them all but you can totally get them all without doing a single encounter in the raid.
The class specific swords from the war table. :)
I've used 2 so far, both on Round Robin. I missed out on the pre-nerf patrol farm, and was stuck having to complete my patterns with a MUCH slower Neomuna grind. I got tired of spending hours in patrol, so I said f*** it and completed the pattern. I may used some or all of the others on goldtusk and/or duality weapons. Basically, anything that relies on RNG for the drop. I can be patient with any wepaons with a guaranteed drop (even if it's just one per week).
My recommendation would be neomuna weapons as they're a pain to grind for, and any weapons that you may be missing from witch queen seasons as from my knowledge, there's no reliable way to farm for them untill they eventually get rotated into dares.
Forbearance is a must, it gets a ton of credit and its still not enough for how good it is, other weapons which are decent are submission with subsistence / frenzy and surprisingly rufus's fury with recon, target lock/hatching for primary weapons they are decent and im always using them, esp since autos are barrier this season
If you like collecting patterns like I do, for my money there’s no worse grind for red borders than the Neomuna weapons, which is probably where all my harmonizers are gonna go. If you’re not missing any patterns from past seasons, the Neomuna weapons are the only craftable weapons in the game without a way to guarantee a red border drop. Also, they changed the drop rates a while back such that Neomuna weapons, red border or not, drop from heroic public events as well, so do those if you’re farming for them.
I haven't crafted a Round Robin yet, might go for that. I've kept up with all the seasonal crafting - not all the raid crafting. Neomuna weapons are decent though.
Retrofit escapade is another good one
Tldw: Use it on raids or dungeons that doesn't give you a garanteed red border upon completion without the need to activate a secret code throughout the raid. AKA VoTD, RoN, Duality, SoTW, and GoTD
