    In all fairness, that interview was a joke. The recruiter highlighted my lack of experience, that's okay, but I pulled it off way better than the other candidate.
    Got really upset about it. Bummer! 😩

      I have to disagree with Josh, your communication and grammar is much better than Maria and while talking to the interviewer, your just looking all the time to him while maria is looking somewhere. That's one of the red flags in any interview. But good job to both of you 😀

    These videos are so realistic, three days ago i was hired for a really good call center and i can tell you that this chanel and its videos helped me a lot with the interviews and even the Versant Test, i definitely going to become a supporter.

    I always recommend this channel to my friends, and btw I felt the same every time a recruit guy told me: let me be very honest with you. in that moment I already knew that I hadn't been chosen for the position.

    Emmanuel shows more confidence and his answers were further in-detail than the other candidate. It is false he used wrong grammar and vocabulary, all is the other way around.
    But, you know folks, that happened in real-world that's these guys keep us updated to know how to pass successfully all kind of interviews.
    Don't stop to apply Emma you are gon' get a better position!

      That recruiter doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. My skills didn't suffice to make it through.

    Most of the time this kind of interview is just formality. For sure Maria will get the job. She's hot, talking about gender equality in workplace and most importantly Mr William knows her.

    Ok for me that wasn't the better choice from the recruiter , even though that Emma doesn't have the experience that the lady has i feel that Emma can speak more fluently and faster and also I don't think that you don't need improve your grammar , for me you were the right candidate for that job position but unfortunately you couldn't pass , so good luck the next time and never give up 🙏🏻💚

    I have been in an interview so many times like 10 times they always tell me you have to improve your English. so, I know that could be a little tricky for me but I am sure I can handle with that so what's your opinion I think sometimes that is because my attitude I get nervous those could be some examples do you know more examples? .

    Hola, me gusta muchísimo todos los videos que hacen, he visto todos los que he podido... No sé si ya han hecho pero tengo una gran duda respecto a los nombres de las personas... Agradecería mucho si hacen un o varios vídeos donde expliquen la pronunciación y nombres comunes en inglés... También en ejercicios como decir mi nombre es K de Kilo, A de arroz, R de raton, R de raton, emE de enano y N de Nené... Ya que en español por ejemplo, siempre que dicen E, dicen E de enano... Entonces así sería más fácil poder entender el deletreo de un nombre o apellido... Felicitaciones y les mando un abrazo...muchas gracias por todo

    I was struggling to understand the lady and could clearly understand the guy. The recruiter's excuse is wrong. He just gave the lady the job because she was "recommended" by a staff.

    Hola amiga lo unico q te dire eres tanlentoso y joven asi q no deves vajar los brasos recuerda q la vida es una es obio que duele tu situacion en aquel momento pero si tepones apensar esa mujer tenia toda de ganar por sus tantos años de trabajo y tal ( gerente o manager ) pero lo bueno q te ivan allamar y lo malo q no me gusto para nada cuando te dijo mejora en siertos puntos o dale un retoque a tu ( english ) para mi tu english es muy bueno y lo hablas muy bien y te felizito por eso pero recuerda eres joven y tienes talento asi que no te desanimes sigue adelante y te ira bien en la vida hombre ☺

      That's the correct pronunciation José Daniel.
      Which is wrong is to write down wanna and gonna in a formal email.
      Wanna and gonna is the pronunciation of want to and going to.
      Don't get confused

      Lo primero que hize fue aprender a hablar, después estudie gramática.
      Empecé este "journey" desde muy joven, hace 17 años.
      La práctica hace el maestro, pero lo más importante es el compromiso, dedicación, esfuerzo, amor al idioma, y finalmente desligarse del idioma nativo de uno. (El peor error que se puede cometer es traducir las cosas para aprender).

      In most cases we just improvise, and say things off the cuff, but at certain moments we also rehearse before rolling the camera. 👍

    I think what happend to you is overly true because most of the time women get that kind of opportunities just for being gorgeous which is a mess due to for example in this video you did it better than her. Likewise I will feel that way bro

      I feel you. I got turned down without compassion, just because I wasn't as gorgeous as the female candidate. Once again, we're seeing another female-gender preference situation in a job interview. 🤔
