Here in Colombia those mafia look guys which made that kind of "juicy loans" and if you don't pay them you're dead, we call them, in Spanish, "gota-gota" (drop-drop, in English). Just imagine what kind of drop from your body is...

That's a useful piece of info form me since here in Costa Rica your fellow countrymen do the exact same thing, but we usually call them usures (usureros) but now I have the proper term.

Bear in mind that in certain cases recruiters demand a certain level for certain accounts abiding by their guidelines.
So, it's nothing personal or negative.
Perhaps this letdown will encourage you to take your English to next level.
