We no longer recommend Cabot & Alchemy Weaponry Arms products. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Buy at your own risk, we had numerous problems with guns not being put together properly, lots of QC Issues and ACW even lost one of our pistols at one point... They found the pistol 3 days later. This is the kind of "custom" shop they are running over there.

I've always love the serrated top of the slide, it helps with the glare but man does it make the gun look sexy. Another great video from the best father and son duo on UA-cam.

Wow... I gotta say I’m usually not one for “pre-worn” finishes, but that Vintage Classic really looks stunning. This is the first time I’ve seen it on video, and I bet it looks even better in person! Very nice piece, Beretta Jr.

Great piece! I love my Cabot Gun "SouthPaw" 1911. I'm a lefty and had it custom-made for me from Cabot Guns about 2 years ago. It's second to none! I'm looking to pick up another one soon. Great video! 😎

Congrats to young Barrett’s new 1911! I must admit, I did snicker a little bit when Sr. was making comments about stuff being on the other side. It makes me wonder about what it how left handed people overcome obstacles in a right handed society on a daily basis.

Great review, great manufacturer. You can't go wrong with either a Cabot or an Alchemy Custom Weaponry pistol as long as Rob Schauland is involved. I'm not sure which one I like more, I have two of each, but really head to head match-up, but what would I expect more than a tie. You have ultimate Gucci gun and ultimate traditionalist. The only thing that prevents me from fulfilling my collection dreams, is my bank book.
I really like my Cabot rebellion have you checked that one out yet? My favorite Cabot I own is the bedside carry love their Damascus guns. Great video my son might be a lefty so I might have to pick him up one of these too young to tell how he’ll end up shooting though

Is alchemy better than Cabot or are they apples to apples?
Brother/Sister Companies that are owned by Cabot. In my Opinion, Alchemy Custom is done more like Les Baers 1911s are made, and they kinda look like Les Baers. Cabot are done by more exact machines to the millimeter, and a little less by hand. The Alchemy Custom Weaponry are more hand fit and have a tighter fit then Cabot 1911s for that “Hard Fit Barrel” and that matters to 60% of the buyers out there that want a tight fit on their Custom 1911. Alchemy custom weaponry would be your 1911 if that is the case. Both of our Cabot 1911s are not really tight fit at all, but they are Razor Close, but not “Hard Fit”. Now you have all the knowledge between the two Customs. Have a nice evening,

@@g.i_xciv The Cabot 1911 was very good, but the Customer Service for ordering a Custom 1911 was very bad over the last 2 years. We can’t hide that, and therefore in 2023 Young Beretta wanted to be 100% honest and say these pistols are no longer recommended by us. We have exited stage left and we no longer deal with Cabot Guns or Smith&Wesson, or Magnum Research. We will not buy their guns anymore. We may do a last Video on them and then we plan to sell them down the road. We are not going to say they are great and we recommend them when we found out from our own $Thousands of dollars spent that they are kind of terrible to deal with as a company as far as Customer Service is concerned. Wilson Combat has the Best Customer Service so far as of February 2023. 😎🤠👍🇺🇸. B9USA Sr.

It sure is Attractive to me for sure. I Love It! If I can find one in almost New condition for a Right handed person I would be very tempted.
