You use hip rotation for extension and power. This man is relaxed and going through the techniques, not trying to knock out an invisible opponent. I'm sure he throws his hip just fine.........his expertise is shown in his footwork. There's no need to question his ability.
Beautiful!!! Amazing technique! Very smooth!! That takes endless hours, years of dedication! 🥊 Ps. I typically prefer to watch Thai fighters to improve my own style. But this one is special!
dayum. awesome technique i really love your kicks , especially those switch kicks. haha i'm more of a boxer, so i hardly ever use my legs but you make me want to use em. i only use knees, and low kicks. hardly ever rh kicks or fronts.
Hello,i'm Chris Ritter a current Muay Thai fighter and Research professor on shadow-boxing,I do agree with the tips given, and i'd like to give some of my own tips:: #1: keep your entire body loose and strong to the point you do not strain many or any of your muscles. #2: visualize and imagine your opponent's every possible movement. #3: if you don't now the guy just picture if he was the best,& knew every move, just find every way to get around the moves put out there. thanks again im,Chris R.
The reason he so fluid is because there is no tension in his body..he is throwing his hands with loose fingers and not making a fist..making a fist tightens the whole body
@aayyyyrrreenn shadow boxing is when u visualize ur opponent and basically u are fighting the shadow. when shadow boxing u would have to think what u gonna do to your opponent and then do those combinations. or try to move ur body and head as a punch is coming or block or evade or parry. shadow boxing help improves in techniques, foot works, and give u muscles memory. basically it will improves your attack and defense mechanism. very good warm up, if u do it in front of a mirror it is best.
Good form excellent skill shadow boxing just watching the video motivated me to work out badass who ever wants to say he isn't doing it right is just an idiot
everything is nice but only timing and a bit hype, shadow boxing is a time taking practice and you dont need to hype or be a speedy gonzales, in thailand we take time because the more u take time its more specific, acurate and more on reality, this guy in the video is not a fighter thats why he is moving on a bit hype shadow boxing, although he did it well but not to throw all techniques in a single seconds i suggest if u want to really learn muay thai, watch muay thai or thai fighters because most of us start at 6-7 yrs old fighting in the ring until get older ,u will see what is muay thai, cheers guys 😉😉😉
If someone didnt see hip movement in this shadowbox he is clearly blind, not turning the hip while kicking in the air is just mark of laziness which i think everyone whos been training for ling time is doing. When youre shadowboxing you know how to kick oponent so point is to just mark the kick then move on to another technique - no point in doing pivotal hip throws ;p
I'm not trying to be like every youtuber givin advice but.. my dad is a 18-1 thai boxer so i have a clue of what i'm talking about... You just need to loosen up a bit when you throw your strikes and the round house kicks i can understand... You're a tall guy and flexibility isn't too easy for bigger people.
Ne vous y trompé pas le shadow c pas aller a gauche puis a droite.c de combattre un adversaire imaginaire qui nous envois des coup et qui se déplace il ne se téléporte pas.lolll
Smooth movements but doesn't look like MuayThai shadow boxing. 1- no hip movement on front kicks 2- no hip movement on knees 3- there is no block of any kind 4- the MuayThai guard in not there (body is totally straight) 5- little trunk rotation on the side elbows but he is definitely a great kick boxer.
omid kahbasi I was kind of under the impression that he was more or less warming up with this little regimen. All his movements are so smooth, and with ease. However, you sound like you really know your stuff, so I'm sure your points are valid. He is amazing though, we all agree on that.
I'm sorry my friend, but this is definitely not proper Muay Thai shadow boxing. Wrong technique of knees, elbows, push kicks and combinations between..
michael nabuya And so he has no right to call it Muay Thai but kickbox you sad pile of fuckhead faeces You, neither he does not know shit about Muay Thai evidently
Man, this is the smoothest, most relaxed, graceful technique I've ever seen in my life! You freaking ROCK, man!

I know this is an old video. But, from a technical stand point. This guy is crispy af!

your front kick is awesome
Bravou💪
Nice bro 👍
Smooth
That footwork
Lovely technique with that heel off the floor.
when you're that tall, you don't need much hip movement to generate power.
The reason he so fluid is because there is no tension in his body..he is throwing his hands with loose fingers and not making a fist..making a fist tightens the whole body
damn tht was good. i hope tht my combos will be more fluid as u (or this guy)
