THANKS TOM .....after this video, no one has ANY excuse to not diet properly.... exercises and routines are easier to find now than any time in history and here you can see how to get a ROUGH caloric maintenance ESTIMATE ... no more excuses allowed
Thanks Golem (you called yourself that, not me lol) for answering my question on ab development =) Started Top set + backoff style training today on compound exercises. Gonna be stacking those abs now.
Question: i'm an easy gainer ( endomorph) and i easily gain weight... i am afraid to start a bulking phase after losing 34 kgs (86kg down to 52) .. just scared of adding more weight than i need to and not being able to drop it.... do you have any tips for how to manage that? i hear that people who gain weight rapidly after couple of months with nights outs and buffets struggle to drop the weight EVEN at the deficit that used to work for them when they were cutting
Fantastic video as always Tom, thank you so much for all your help. It is really appreciated. I am two years into training and naturally am ectomorph and built some good muscle size however as mentioned in my previous comment, I want to build my calves, forearms and traps, but I find it hard to fit in everything throughout the week. What would the best split be? Thanks mate
Hey bro, thanks for answering my question, I'll make the adjustments you suggested tomorrow! Have a great one mate
