Despite his mistakes in this movie, Superman can lead.
I mean even when the JL was defeated on Apocalypse, Superman was still actively trying to fix his mistakes by recruiting Raven and others. The part that really got me was when he stopped Raven from un-aliving herself. Even beaten, and powerless, he still had a smile on his face when Raven looked up to see it was Superman. He might not be on Batman's level of leadership, but he is a pretty decent leader.

Just like how darkseid was the instigator in the first movie. Darkseid wasn’t about to come to earth at the time. He was busy taking other planets.

Some of them did object but Superman was too blinded by his anger and that stifled everyone
@@MilleniumKage Considering the incidents with Doomsday and Cyborg Superman, which took out Superman and the Justice League, respectively albeit temporarily, Superman had every right to be upset since Darkseid orchestrated those events and the Justice League reacted accordingly. Doomsday alone defeated most of the Justice League, with Superman almost dying to stop him. It's no wonder Superman opted to be proactive with his next approach with Darkseid rather than reactive.

To be fair they should have known that Darkseid was watching from a few movies. The Second Justice League movie where they recruited Aquaman. They literally was running system diagnostic tests on him and the tech. The Return of Superman movie where he said it felt like someone was watching them as they were trapped in another dimension, Batman should have followed up on that one.
What hurt the most was seeing flash running for idk how long and seeing cyborg onto a wall. Yeah im grown and felt horrible

Superman is actually a good leader just not in this and normally they only have a field leader, based on who has the most knowledge on who they are fighting, and the original league votes on everything when they aren't in the field.

The first mistake in this movie is not thinking Batman would oppose this plan without thoroughly checking everything and everyone. Batman in this movie was dumb, and didn't think of Cyborg's tech being a big spy machine or think Supes was being emotional.

Justice League Dark Apokalips War wasn't a bad movie. Despite his mistakes in this movie, Superman is still a great hero who doesn't deserve the hate he gets.
Yes indeed. He let his emotions get the best of him and to be honest, if not for the Trojan horse in Cyborg, Superman and the JL might have actually got the jump on Darkseid.
Even after his defeat on Apocalypse, he still didn't give up. The moment he and Raven shared when he stopped her from killing herself would always be my favourite scene in the whole movie.

The Justice League doesn’t quit” one of the best lines in the movie
