Wow, this one is a game changer for me. I was able to identify a state of emotion that I’ve been in that feels mist authentically me and you’re right it expresses in many different ways but it’s deport connected and grounded spiritually. Thank you so much for putting language to all of this for me. I’ve been terrified of talking in front of the camera and I can see that using these tips is going to create a breakthrough for me! So excited to start practicing more! 😊

Hey Louie good to hear from you. I've found that the 30 Day Challenge is definitely best taken as part of a group, myself and other members have found immense value in the community aspect of it, not just feedback etc. but the fact you're being 'seen' by other people over 30 days have more of an impact than one might think. I'll most likely be opening it up again for enrolment a couple of times this year :)
