Another quick feature, which I use all the time which some people may find helpful, is the Clipboard. It used to be more accessibile on older phones, but it's kinda disappeared into the background a bit on the newer phones. Just tap the three buttons on the right of your keyboard (like he showed in the video) and Clipboard should be on the first screen. For those who don't know, Clipboard saves all the recent things you’ve copied--for me, it's the last 36 items, not sure if it varies per user or phone--but the most useful thing for me is to "Pin" items. You just hold down on one of the things you’ve copied and eventually it'll switch to a mode where you can select different pins and you should see a little 📌 looking button pop up. I've pinned “ ‘ ” - ’ because I write documents so much, but if you find yourself copying and pasting the same phrases, emojis, words, or whatnot, it's super useful to pin them, rather than retyping them out or going back searching for where you last saw them/used them!

What's fascinating about Samsung is the sheer number of hidden features. It's one of the reasons I like Samsung. People say Samsung is expensive, maybe but they are very useful with a lot of features. People also complain about battery issues. Personally I have several Powerbanks, so battery problems I don't care! Personally I keep my Samsung smartphones until they malfunction or until I have the opportunity to barter. I don't know how many Samsung smartphones I used.
Same, just got my Ultra 3 days ago, upgrading from Edge S7 it started to get flaky on me
My S8+ had terrible burn in. I learned my lesson with my S22+ and keep it in dark mode.

Can we keep phone in power saving but have some apps still be able to send notification and reminders. Like for calendar task or not read text messages or even parking app reminders to put money in meter. The old ways were simplier in text message you could set reminders every 5 minutes frombwithin the app but newer phone not available.

Love your videos but I believe you did this video a little while back because when I watched it, I was aware of all the tips and tricks you mentioned.
I keep going back to the Microsoft swiftkey keyboard if for no other reason but to use the numbers keyboard for typing a lot of numbers. If Samsung would offer that, I
would give it a better chance.

My Galaxy S10+ doesn't seem to have the capability of extracting text. That's disappointing. Also, I'm running in Dark Mode, but I'd like to have Notes like it appeared in this video, with a white background. Does anyone know how to change only the Notes into having white background? The dark is too dark for me to see my notes!
I have the S22 ultra, and while the alternative characters are available with a long press on the appropriate key the setting to show them is disabled. Anyone have any ideas?
Glad you said "most" Samsung phones. Your bonus feature does not work on most or all 1 series. Also, the unlock, with password, on pin has to be turned on.
High contrast keyboard is not working with note 9 right?
I am from Trinidad 🇹🇹okay 👍.......using the refresh rate thing but it not dropping to 24, and I have it on 60 refresh rate which is standard
So I tried it once and it bounced between 60 and 120 I'm pretty sure that it was in adaptive mode....

I wish I could change the theme of my keyboard to the color palette, but that option is grayed out on my Samsung 23 Ultra, even when the High Contrast option is off.

Change the settings in keyboard settings. It is all there on S21 Ultra

I just bought a Tab A8 and I hate the keyboard swapping between CAPS and lower case🤨
My keyboard on my old iPad is always set to caps, which I find much easier and quicker to find the letters!!

When the alternative characters show on the letter keyboard, just long press a character to get a pop-up display of alternate characters. Tap on one. Of these to place your alternate character in the text field. This is far more useful than your explanation. The ultimate reason for showing alternate characters is to allow access to the alternative characters without having to switch to the keyboard to show only alternative characters.
Yea, that's been an option for like a decade
Hm; well, these features are available but only to the top-class phones from Samsung; the medium ones (A series) do not have all of them (for instance, no.2 for using camera to capture text written by hand on external paper, and probably printed text as well, do not exist the same menu on my Galaxy A21s).
Anyway, the real problem with your video is that actually none of these is hidden as your title say, they are just less used/known by most of the users; and such similar options are in the tens if not even hundreds of them in all menus that the phone has, even without that "developer mode" activated.
And speaking of developer mode, the no.4, refresh rate on screen - this one may really be called hidden, as long as the developer mode may be called "hidden" !
Ah, and no.8, keyboard layout - the option to display alternative characters is not available (meaning it's greyed out, so not available to chose/use) if you activate previously the high contrast keyboard !
According to the logic of your title, probably 80% of all options in any phone, not only Samsung phones (be they the S series, the A series or all the others) are equally hidden, because most users do not bother to check them, let alone change any of them !

The keyboard features are all with Samsung keyboard, not Gboard, sadly.
I have problem with that feature so I ended up using gboard
