Is there a way you can showcase or go more in depth about quick sharing to iPhone's with a link. I don't see any other UA-cam video talking about it nor any Samsung information on google. I'm switching from a 12 pro max and wanted to know more about how it works on iPhone end.
@25:30 when do that and have an alarm how will you hear it if you have to swipe to unlock the phone in order for the system to start. It's best to just restart manually. I think the swipe for system to start is so dumb I've been team galaxy well team samsung sin I cant even remember 15 yrs or more and I hate I cant just restart my phone and it go straight to home screen or lock screen without me doing g anything after restarting
So I did everything you said. I did my own test. I went to the gym 2x both for over an hour. Both times I was on bluetooth listening to the radio. I also spent a few hours on the phone and I did get a number of texts. I did not use the internet, video or any gaming. That would be my normal usage for the day. I got 48 hours on a single charge. I think that is fantastic based on my normal daily activity with the phone. Thank you for the information. Yeah it really helps.
I'm pissed I have Canadian variant that doesn't have an unlockable bootloader I can't even imagine going back to the iPhone and being stuck in hell with nothing but simplicity and the phone treats me like a child
All these years i been spending $1000 bucks on galaxy notes and for the first time ever since my note 4 in 2014, i feel like i actually got my money's worth on my new s22 Ultra by taking advantage of all these features that i always brag about samsung having in their flagship phones over basic ass iphone lol thanks to you man! I like this phone a lot but the battery is straight trash most of the time. I end the day with most of my battery drained. Even doing all the tricks and things. And for this price of a phone I shouldn’t have to change all kinds of settings especially since it has a 5000 mah battery
Lol, I'm not even halfway through the video and I've already saved 5 million hours of battery life! I don't have anything against Samsung or you but don't just keep saying "This will save you another 1, 1 and a half hour of battery life!" after each and every setting change! Edit: The only place where it made sense was 5G-LTE change till the point I've watched!

I've had Samsung phones for years and every Galaxy S22 video seems to feature the same tips & tricks, but this went well beyond those tips and tricks. that Secure Folder trick with the 2 fingerprints is a game changer.. something I'd know if I kept up to date with Samsung's features but not something most people know I bet.

So at video brightness under andvance feature I have the video vall feature on Game launcher on but when I get to video brightness it says normal but will not let me select it to change it do you know why?
Good advice before installing Good Lock is to read their privacy policy just so that you're aware of what information they're collecting from you. Installing free software is great but usually it comes at the cost of giving out personal details.
The thing that gave me double battery life was to stop the option to charge to 85% to "preserve" the battery. I'm using the Exynos version, btw. Thank me later. :)

On lock screen and setting there is a better always on display .. use tap to show option with the wake up gesture the clock will stay off until you pick the phone up

I want the highest resolution possible. I'm familiar with pro mode, but unclear about the new 50 meg sensor and pixel binning? Can I set up the camera not to "bin", and get a higher resolution file? I've read that I have to go to the Galaxy store to get a different camera app? Either a Raw file, ( DNG ) or JPG would work. Nobody on the net seems to really understand this camera yet, any chance you could help out the few that really want to take this camera to the next level? Hey I'm not a photographer but I saw in some reviews about using Samsung's "Expert Raw" app. You can download it through the Galaxy Store. It saves the pictures in JPEG and RAW formats.
From what I've seen, you should be able to take the highest quality pictures by downloading the "Expert Raw" app from the Samsung Store. Then, at the top of the screen when you're in the camera, you might see a mini phone icon with a "4:3" or a "full" label on it. Tap that, then you can change it to 108 megapixel (I believe it'll be the far left option once you've tapped the 4:3/full option). Not sure if that made sense but it should make your photos significantly higher quality.
If you don't wanna use the Expert Raw app, you can get some consistently great pictures by enabling the 108mp mode, turning on the Detail Enhancer, taking your shot, then going into your gallery and choosing to remaster the image. It's a bit more complicated, but that way you don't have to download another app.
This video was amazing! Doing all the tips in split screen my phone instantly looked better, my battery life just froze and stopped dropping even though I was watching the video and tweaking all the settings (which would have caused it to go down 5 percent before). And I learned so much. Thank you!
Unfortunately, for some reason Good Lock is unavailable in some regions. Not sure whether it's related to certain countries (in my case Poland) or it's maybe unavailable to phones with Exynos (S22 Ultra)
I’ll be honest, while these tips are all well and good, i don’t think after spending $1200 plus on a phone, i should have to be doing extra stuff and taking certain steps in order to barely get reasonable battery life. For that kind of money I expect to get outstanding battery performance.

I have a S22 Ultra and I have a problem: if the smartphone screen is not turned on for 1 hour, the notifications, for example, from gmail suffer a delay of approximately 15 to 30 minutes, relative to my PC. A lot of redditors on r/GalaxyS22 are reporting that the battery performance when you use Smart Switch is really bad, and it is better to go from a fresh factory image, use cloud sync for contacts and messages etc. and manually install your apps from the store.

Changing developer animation and scale has made my experience on the S22 Ultra very frustrating to say the least. The effect has been one of accidentally refreshing what I'm reading, typing, then accidentally deleting items, etc. It seemed nice and zippy at first but took me a while to realize it was too problematic. Worst part was I could not remember how I changed these setting or which video showed me how to do this. Ultimately I searched my UA-cam history and keywords, went through several videos to find this and then turn off. Just an FYI for others who try this. I figured I could always undo these features but I should have bookmarked this video because Google searching did not help.
Just taken ownership of the ultra 22. Always had android and then several months ago was given the old IPhone xs max (basically the iPhone 10) to try out as my ee contract was coming to an end and I was wondering what phone to get next. I've gone with the s22 coz the iPhone 13 Pro max was not stocked and the s22 was showing to have good contract deals here In the UK. I'm finding, in these early days of having the s22 that the iPhone xs max face recognition is far superior. I'm not impressed with the fingerprint scanner on s22 either. Hoping I don't regret not holding out for the iPhone 13 Pro max to come back in stock.
Really like this video I've done these adjustments to my other android phones and it helped a lot . I like the fact you can switch to LTE signal vs keeping it on 5g which use less battery power . Only apps I keep background activity on and adaptive battery off is only for messaging / calls other than that apps like email , games , photos , web browser all can be apps turn off background activity all these adjustments can easily give you an extra 1 1/2 hours more of battery life
Never knew my phone has these many features. Bought Galaxy S22 after using iPhone for more than a decade. Now I can boast even more how much better Android is than ios.
Great video!!! I just purchased the S22. After watching your video, I noticed that the edge lighting option under Brief Pop-up Settings is greyed out as well as the Turn Wifi on Automatically option. After having said this, I do see that my Wifi turns on automatically though when I enter my home. Ideas as to why these options may be greyed out? Thanks.

0:40 I have a new S22 and I don't see this "Video" app in my phone. And I assume maybe you have to enable this Quckshare feature first, I don't know. I think you must be leaving out a lot of steps. I am coming from an s8 and could never even send a video with that phone. However I did not look into it much to be honest. But I would love the ability to send high quality video to my friends via text. Maybe you could do a more detailed UA-cam on this feature covering all the steps.

Xiaomi's MIUI is much better,battery life on Xiaomi is also better optimazed and more durable,I don't know why Samsung doesn't optimize S22 Ultra with Exynox processors. The adaptive refresh is inaccessible…it’s on Standard and Adaptive is “greyed out” … is there another setting that must first be changed in order to change to Adaptive refresh??

I don't have to do this and my phones battery is great to me I had note 10 it was always hot af playing games etc but it lasted but this phone 11% gives me 8 hrs left of talk time or like few hrs of just surfing etc

Great video. Airdrop is a very big hook for me to stay in the apple ecosystem, and now that I have a somewhat replacement kinda boosts my chance to switch to an S22 ultra later
@@NoLimitSquad nope actually i orderd from mediamarkt in Croatia where i live. It's a pretty big tech company. They told me just that samsung croatia still didn't receive any shippment from the supply source and that nobody who pre-ordered didn't recive the phone. So it's a whaiting game.
Another thing I have noticed is the adaptive brightness is fucking horrible it just puts it on the lowest brightness all the time making it impossible to see what your doing this is a great phone and has a ton of potential but they really need to fix these little kinks

You can use Bixby Routines to turn 5G on and off, so you can setup a routine that turns 5G off at 50% battery for example.
Bixby routines is such an underrated feature.

The adaptive refresh actually is a better power saver because it allows the screen to adapt from 10hz up to 120hz where as standard is locked at 60hz
This. And also I think it actually goes all the way to 1hz when you're static on a page for example?

putting your camera on manual focus to your phone will help a lot in your videos for those random blurs when you move your hand

came from a S10 and used smart switch
will try a factory reset
it is not performing very well at this moment
Way too much work, I've used Switch many times ‐ its fine and works well

This video is a fantastic resource. I'd do most of these plus use a Chargie when charging to ensure my phone battery would last longer.
Never knew my phone has these many features. Bought Galaxy S22 after using iPhone for more than a decade. Now I can boast even more how much better Android is than ios.
Can't find Good Lock App in Play Store? Any updates on newer versions or names? Different app possibly?

Great video!!! I just purchased the S22. After watching your video, I noticed that the edge lighting option under Brief Pop-up Settings is greyed out as well as the Turn Wifi on Automatically option. After having said this, I do see that my Wifi turns on automatically though when I enter my home. Ideas as to why these options may be greyed out? Thanks.

I bought S22 ultra recently. where is my house not very good cellular signals? I want to use wifi call facilities but realise I don't have wifi call facility under the connection menu. How Can I install this menu on my S22 Ultra phone.

0:40 I have a new S22 and I don't see this "Video" app in my phone. And I assume maybe you have to enable this Quckshare feature first, I don't know. I think you must be leaving out a lot of steps. I am coming from an s8 and could never even send a video with that phone. However I did not look into it much to be honest. But I would love the ability to send high quality video to my friends via text. Maybe you could do a more detailed UA-cam on this feature covering all the steps.

Xiaomi's MIUI is much better,battery life on Xiaomi is also better optimazed and more durable,I don't know why Samsung doesn't optimize S22 Ultra with Exynox processors. Battery can't hold up more than 10h with regular usage...

The adaptive refresh is inaccessible…it’s on Standard and Adaptive is “greyed out” … is there another setting that must first be changed in order to change to Adaptive refresh??
How do you just write on the screen/search bar with the pen and it fills in the search bar?? I've seen people do that on Google too and I can't figure it out...

Tried to switch over to the s22 ultra from iPhone and couldn’t do it solely because of the cheap batteries that Samsung uses.
I don't have to do this and my phones battery is great to me I had note 10 it was always hot af playing games etc but it lasted but this phone 11% gives me 8 hrs left of talk time or like few hrs of just surfing etc
It looks like you had a lower OS version at the time of publishing this video as some of the tips are not working on Android 13 / One UI 5.0 anymore.

Yes its awesome, also if you have a windows pc or laptop, file transfers are a million times easier and native with samsung to windows.

@@NoLimitSquad nope actually i orderd from mediamarkt in Croatia where i live. It's a pretty big tech company. They told me just that samsung croatia still didn't receive any shippment from the supply source and that nobody who pre-ordered didn't recive the phone. So it's a whaiting game.

Another thing I have noticed is the adaptive brightness is fucking horrible it just puts it on the lowest brightness all the time making it impossible to see what your doing this is a great phone and has a ton of potential but they really need to fix these little kinks

Thank you for such a great video. The thing I'm trying to do is change the keys on my text screen. For example, my old phone had the comma to the left of the space bar. Now it has the @ symbol which I don't use often. I found where to do it, they are grayed out. Is there a way to change it?
