turning off adaptive refresh rate really isn't worth it, it makes the phone feel so much less premium and you only really gain a few minutes of battery at most
I've been using Dark Mode since my first smartphone. Nokia Windows phone, Samsung and LG had Dark Mode long before Android 10. They were the only ones I could find Dark Mode on.
I appreciate videos like this, but really, I pay over $1,000 for a flagship phone, I'm not so worried about the battery that I'm going to hamper performance by doing things like these tips recommend. Ex. screen resolution, I use Full WQHD+ because I want my images and videos to pop. I mean, it's partly why I paid so much for the phone!
1. Hell naaah! I want that smooth scrolling babyyy 2. I have an S23, only 1080p 3. 15 seconds feels is way too short, probably 30-60 seconds is fine 4. That could be helpful, if you're not a heavy usage user, pictures might take longer to process tho, not worth it imo 5. That's a good feature, better leave that on 👍
I have litteraly ALL the batte saving features you can think of, (light performance mode, 720 display mode, standard hz, battery saver, ect...) and it's still crazy fast and I can still play games like arena breakout, pubg, codm all with 60 FPS. and I have 30% at the end of the day. To those that say it's pointless, just wait 3 years and thank me later for saving the hell out of your battery
I may as well stop using my phone. What is the point of using a flagship if I turn the 120 hz off ?? Rather I would keep the dark mode on, put black amoled wallpapers.
If im spend this much on my phone I want it in the best graphics I can have and if you want to save this much battery just turn it on Ultra battery saving mode or turn your screen on black and white mode you'll save lots of battery
Dont recommend Power Saving including 60 HZ its too slow & light Performance its shit aswell, it'll stay still last without these features all u gotta do is wireless charge the Ultra every night & take it off charge after waking up trust me lasts long
And next setup is going back to 2013 anu use phone with dual core and full hd display .... Bro if I use your recommendation why I buy s23 ultra when I cant use full options
You tweaking settings that give minimal battery life but decrease the benefits of this high value phone extremely. Also you are running light mode which is like the biggest battery killer, prob even more than anything you showed together.
And all that stuff in the end you saved under 1% if you covered the resolution on the screen you hai have the same energy consumption it is the same hardware, phere is the performance pover profie 😅 your software is broken 😅 y have it on performance screen set to allwas on in developer tools 😅 and still have 1 day and background processing to allwas on , no wonder you people have bad benchmark in 3d mark,
Congratulations, you've now got an A51.
That's a good one 😂
I've M51
@@xaltideinvader I would upgrade.
😅😅😅😅
😅😅😅😅

About 15%
Agree i hate 60hz
Agreed. If you turn it to 60hz full-time, no point in paying a premium for this phone.
May as well turn the phone off....what's the point of paying such a premium price to turn everything off
literally
Exactly, what is the point
You seem to fail to comprehend the purpose of this video. It is called an *option* if you want to save *more* battery juice.
So true ❤
For real
Dark mode can save you a lot of battery if your phone has a OLED screen

He did not say you had to do it he said it was a option and some of these options don't hamper the proformance
Bro went from 23 ultra to iPhone real quick 😂
fact tho 😅
I would add these settings to the conditon when phone is below 40% using routines.
1. Hell naaah! I want that smooth scrolling babyyy
2. I have an S23, only 1080p
3. 15 seconds feels is way too short, probably 30-60 seconds is fine
4. That could be helpful, if you're not a heavy usage user, pictures might take longer to process tho, not worth it imo
5. That's a good feature, better leave that on 👍
4. Shouldn't make that much of a difference if at all.
I would add more - turn off Bluetooth. Display black mode. On battery setting adoptive battery .
Even better, just turn the whole phone off lol
I have litteraly ALL the batte saving features you can think of, (light performance mode, 720 display mode, standard hz, battery saver, ect...) and it's still crazy fast and I can still play games like arena breakout, pubg, codm all with 60 FPS. and I have 30% at the end of the day. Now your phone is like having a Note 9

How could you forget Dark Mode. Dark Mode is one of the biggest battery life saver for AMOLED display phones.
Power saving mode
I don't recommend motion smoothness or display resolution as recent phones don't drain battery as much due to those.
what is the point of paying money for a flagship device if you're just gonna disable all the features that make it a flagship in the first place?😂
Do not change the motion to standard. Especially on newer flagships. They go from 1 - 120hz, there is no benefit of locking at 60 or 90hz.
Last step: turn off your phone and save battery until your next birthday
Pfhahahhah xD
Thank you sir ! You gave us a good laugh :D
😂😂😂
This is why mid range phones are better buy
If im spend this much on my phone I want it in the best graphics I can have and if you want to save this much battery just turn it on Ultra battery saving mode or turn your screen on black and white mode you'll save lots of battery
i did all of these, photos, games and movies looks bad and the battery life increased with 1 minute. or so.
I've a friend who has a flagship phone and uses it in battery saver mode all the time 😁
If the phone can adaptively delete stuff that it doesn't need whenever you are using it that would be good
Turn off auto brightness too.
*Great tutorial!* 👌🏻
Nah I'll just charge it. I want the performance I paid for.
WQHD+ IS NOT CONSUMING THEN FHD+ SO USE HIGHER QUALITY CAUSE YOU'VE PAID IT FOR , DARK MODE WILL SURELY WORK
Well this goes for any phone but also there's options
Nice tutorial Bro !
Could of mentioned power saving setting 2
Simply using power saving mode only .. & do nothing
many of those options are not available on the Samsung @20 FE 5G,,,,but thanks...
Yeah, spend $1000 on a phone then configure it to perform like a $200 phone. Brilliant 🤦🏾
How to turn an s23 Ultra into a a54
If you delete Cache will it delete your memories or data or every that you saved and zedera?
I have an overlay of pause ⏸️ and scroll up and down when watching shorts, any ideas why?
Set Display to Dark and you will save battery 🔋 and your eyes 👀
imagine buying a flagship just to turn everything off
Why phone shows learning usage patterns and how is it remove.?
Anyone knows.?
What's the use in buying that phone if you will need use and maximum it to its full potential
After all that your s series converted to A series
The biggest battery saving tip is to disable the option to use storage as virtual memory
How
@@Bass1ne turn off ram plus I don't know how or why it works but it does
You forgot one thing, dark mode please 😂
Dont recommend Power Saving including 60 HZ its too slow & light Performance its shit aswell, it'll stay still last without these features all u gotta do is wireless charge the Ultra every night & take it off charge after waking up trust me lasts long
If you disable fast charging, the battery life will also increase.
Is not this a myth:
Had everything set up except for the screen motion... Standard is too chappy.
thanks for sharing buenas noches.
And next setup is going back to 2013 anu use phone with dual core and full hd display .... Bro if I use your recommendation why I buy s23 ultra when I cant use full options
Where ia performance profile, cant see it on my phone?
It's a quick settings toggle...
You know what's better than your battery tips? BUY A POWERBANK.

Could've mentioned dark mode.
Lmao imagine paying 1400$ and using your phone like a A51 💀
How to turn a flagship phone to a midrange one yet pay the big cash.
My S22 Ultra doesn't have "more battery settings" on One UI 6.0
You tweaking settings that give minimal battery life but decrease the benefits of this high value phone extremely. Also you are running light mode which is like the biggest battery killer, prob even more than anything you showed together.
Why I don't have more battery settings on my s23ultra? Is there something to enable this feature?
Why the hell will I purchase an expensive phone if I want to turn all features off. ?????????????
Dam just call Bixby she find the settings 👍
You're making it a midrange phone. Forget this, you need a midrange mobile. Through it out.
I have no idea whats wrong with my S23 Ultra, it last like only 9 hours before dying, brand new. My previous A52s was way better than this.
Ok then I will buy 100 $ phone with 60 hz 😂😂😂
congrats you now have a galaxy a70
and finally i paid 1200$ to do all that!
I turn off because my eyes getting pain 😂
Does its normal on a s23 fe that i getter only 15 hours of battery remaining when i am full charged ???
I have already tried but after somedau battery consumption issues
You using your phone nill and thats way your phone backup 3 days 😂
Turn off everything and voila. 1300$ phone for you
Your phone dropped from 64% within 1 min😅
How to convert your 1500$ phone to 500$.
Man whats the point of running FHD 60 on your S23 Ultra?!?! Have both QHD and 120hz to 1Hz!!! On my S24 Ultra
And all that stuff in the end you saved under 1% if you covered the resolution on the screen you hai have the same energy consumption it is the same hardware, phere is the performance pover profie 😅 your software is broken 😅 y have it on performance screen set to allwas on in developer tools 😅 and still have 1 day and background processing to allwas on , no wonder you people have bad benchmark in 3d mark,
lowering screen display time, you might as well not use the damn phone.
We both have 64 battery
why get an ultra when you will turn off all the premium features . go get galaxy A
then turn off your phone. it should last forever
Is it out for s22 ultra yettttttttt
So dont use the phone... true😮
Turn on flight mode ✈️
I don't save battery by degrading my phone to a budget one
Hi
450gb available in that device 😮
If want to save battery so bad, stop using your phone lol.
Wher is the option in 21 plus
Nokia users:
👀
I thank you. But i disagree. Why have such a powerful phone and turn down all these settings and features. It has a great battery.
Just curious, how much does it last on a medium use of social media apps ?
Sat it to 90htz wtf i never gonna do that
Convert phone to 5000rs phone😂😂😂
Smh I don't have screen resolution it's only on the ultra I have the s23 not the ultra

Tell your mama to put it on 60hz
