Sir, I have recently started using your method of Pranayama. It's very good and have never come across a nicer system of breath work. Can you please recommend something for insomnia? I am over 80 years, have been doing yoga for ever but lately suffer from insomnia. Thank you.
Hello, Thank you for this video, it explains nasi shodhana technique really well. I have a question regarding hands for nadi shodhana. I am left-handed, should I use my left hand for nadi shodhana or try to use the right? Is there any meaning behind it?

मैं कुंभक करता हूं अंदर सांस रोककर और गुदा द्वार को उठा कर तो मेरे पेट मे ऐंठन वाली दर्द होने लगती है लेकिन जब गुड द्वार नही उठाता केवल सांस रोककर रखता हूं तो तब दर्द नही होरा ऐसा क्यो गुरुजी क्या करूँ
As far as nadi shodan goes more you practice it takes you towards your consciousness. It can be done as much you want . Start 5 min then increase slowly it can go upto 1/2 hr to 1hr . Yogis who are in part of spirituality do it was longer .
