Hello Kay. Happy to see you cooking with SPAM LM. I'm from SPAM TOWN USA. A really good dish with this product is SPAM Tacos. Cut up SPAM into small pieces and heat in frying pan (no oil). Put in warmed or oil-fried corn or flour tortillas, top with cut up onion, tomato, cucumber and cheese. No additional seasoning required. Really good! Best made with TABASCO SPAM LM. Try it!
