Kay, thank you so much for your thoughtfulness in the beginning when you reassured us that it should look exactly like the other person’s cooking. That’s just it Kay. I’ve never seen their interpretations, but I love your personality and the way you make your food with love for your son. And, I like that you’re truthful with yourself. Keep being you, Kay! 😁

I love to watch you cook. I have started to cook things I was afraid of cooking because I was worried it wouldn’t turn out right like pizza and pie crust. You are willing to try anything. You are so brave and sweet. I think you are a beautiful person and I wish you the best this world has to offer. Greetings from Lexington, Kentucky.

If you add more flour you have gnocci dough - roll the dough into long 2cm wide sausages, cut up 2cm long pieces, pop into salted rapidly boiling water, when it rises to the top its cooked, serve with pesto and cream

In the south we call these Potato Cakes. I was born In Kentucky USA and this video took me back home. We used leftover mash potatoes and we used a lot more grease. I think a little more oil will help ya out if you do this again. It will help with your impatience of flipping 😂
