So many sexual innuendos when you listen to the narration: "It should be a tight fit. It shouldn't just slide in real easy. It'll actually benefit you if it's hard to get in there because it'll be harder to pull out." Truer words have never been spoken! Ha!

Whip a loop on your main line, then make a bunch of hollow ace-to-fluoro wind-on leaders. When your fluoro needs to be replaced, simply cut the entire wind-on and replace it with a new one. The entire exchange takes 30 seconds, tops.
I put my leaders in individual ziplock bags and label them with the fluoro #.

Just tie a mid knot it works on the same principles (finger trap), and you don't need tools and you can tie it on a boat. It to is just a series of wraps and is technically not a knot but more of a hitch. This is my favorite big game knot for connecting braid to mono or floro.

They should make a thinner line that would splice with 12lb mono. I wanted to use this line as a shock leader for casting and liked the idea of no knot.

This is like when the string on my sweatpants is pulled inside the waistband by the dryer, I need this needle to dig it back out so I can go fishing.

i did and put it about two feet in side one to the another, i did a small knot in the regular power pro inside the hollow one and work excellent... i use 40 hollow to a 50 regular braid and 40 hollow to a 30 braid and both work perfect, the union between both never releace...

Innovation is great but this doesn't seem like it's worth the time/money/effort. I can tie knots for free in less time with far less effort.

Tied this ridiculous knot twice, takes forever to tie. After the third time I used a triple surgeons knot and it hasn't let go after landing 4 30+ stripers. Only took 15 seconds to tie. Screw this knot.

anthony0803 you got to remember stripers aren't the biggest fishing the sea.

+anthony0803 I just got the seagar hollow core line and high seas in 130 lb mono. I think the only real benefit for doing it this way is that if you do almost any type of knot with 130 pound test mono lines it will probably give you issues getting stuck in the eyes of the rod.
