Good Morning beautiful vegan mama queen! I have to tell you I was thinking about you last night while cooking dinner. I was cooking rice and a stir fry and debating whether I should use a whole stick of vegan butter to cook everything. I told myself, "yes. I'm gonna use the whole stick...cause that's my business", and now here you are back! Tab! magnesium is also good for your digestive system! If you're a little....backed up....magnesium will pull water into your colon and act like a gentle stool softener or laxative depending how much you use.

Hey Tab, I learned also that a 🤏🏾 coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil will also help assimilate the tumeric through out your body. 🫶🏾 I make a paste sometimes, with tumeric, honey , black pepper, and either oil previously mentioned. Hope you feel better love! 😊🥰

People only use that because turmeric needs a fat, but u don't need it if u use coconut or almond milk. I wouldn't use oil
