I did 45 min workout for 60 days by dividing 45 min into 3 parts (15/15) and I followed UA-cam workout And I did this workout in the every morning before breakfast And it’s better if you do in the same time every day and diet plan also important first make a diet plan yourself and drink a cup of hot water before workout ❤️❤️❤️ good luck
This is just 10-20 percent of the reason for her weight loss. All fit people will tell you that it is 80-90 percent about her diet, which she must have drastically changed. Of course training helps but you will never lose weight if you keep your habits of eating over your maintenance calories. She also didn't show any exercises with weights which she was doing as well (we could see some dumbbells). Usually weights add a lot of difficulty and make you lose fat much faster while gaining lean muscle. More muscle = more calories burnt and you are able to eat more calories in general (this is because muscles are super expensive calorically for your body to keep). Don't be fooled because exercises like the ones she is doing ALONE will not help you lose as much as she did. Diet, training (plus weights, push yourself to your limit) and educating yourself on nutrition and training is what it takes. Counting calories is one of the best ways to lose weight if you start your journey

If your maintenance calories (meaning the calories you need to eat every day to maintain the exact same weight) are 1500 and you eat 2000 calories every day but then train and use up 500 calories daily you will be at maintenance weight after training due to bad diet. Yes, you may slowly start to lose the tiniest bits of weight due to some muscle gain and at the start you may lose a kg or two, but this is not sustainable. If you build more muscle by lifting heavy weights on the other hand while consistently eating 2000 calories daily you will gain a lot of muscle (under all the layers of fat which may get a tiny big smaller) and this muscle will use some of these 2000 calories daily just to keep being there because it is very calorically expensive for your body to keep, so you will end up losing more than if you do the exercises shown in this video. That's it relaly. Losing fat is all about math with calories and knowing what's good to eat together and not. For example eating diets which mix carbs and fats is not good, because carbs will always be used first for energy and fats may remain in the body, but if you eat a high fat low carb diet (or even keto which is very low carb) fats start to be used up instead of carbs and your body fats get used up too if you are eating less than your maintenance calories. I am glad you had results but I don't think that this video is very realistic in the amount of change and also avoids showing the diet changes which are more important than training. If you see she also uses the editing camera apps like B612 in the end to elongate her legs, to make her eyes bigger and jawline smaller. I do not approve of this fake message.

If you suddenly cut out carbs and salt from your diet you will lose a few kg of water retention and your body will appear much thinner and more lean. You'll notice less bloating etc. Bodybuilders don't drink water or carbs before competitions to appear slimmer

I want to share my weight loss journey to give you a little motivation. I've never been thin. Even since I was born. I always heard the word fat in school. So, at the age of 14, I gained 70 kg. I was very, very upset. Then, from that day on, I started doing exercises, I wanted to try a diet. So in 6 months I gained 53 kg. I haven't reached my goal yet (goal is 48kg) but I'm happy with my result. If you want to lose weight, choose summer season. And from fruits, reduce consumption of grapes because they contain 100% glucose I'm not english sorry if there are any mistakes

@@azombie7048 it's okay, I've been failing since 2017. I do it then stop it. It was really bad cycle. If you fail today start tomorrow. Don't see the dates or months. Start the next day. Even if you do video workout, do half if you can't do full. This is what I learned this whole time. Even if you do small you are doing something. It's fine and don't be harsh on yourself. Take rest if you fail. Resting can give time to your body to heal. So don't feel guilty for anything but feel grateful for what you did today. Even if you cleaned your room, you did something productive. Even if it's one thing you did something. @@Берметляля мало вы сбросили.. Я делала диету,гимнастику и ходьбу,в месяц 10 кг ушло, через два месяца я снова была моделью.. Гимнастику абсолютно на все части тела 45 минут,ходьба по 2 часа в день,диета варёные овощи, яйца ( 1 в день) и пару раз в неделю немного мяса... правда я ещё и мульти-витамины пила каждый день, чтобы все витамины,минералы остались в норме...
I'm 60 kilos. I spend my whole day in the kitchen preparing food that's why I can't lose weight. Plus I don't have like that space in my house. But still i tried my best to exercise without anyone knowing it. It's really hard to mix everything. Being mother , wife and all the chores. While exercising I need to run for tge laundry, or check my food. Can't concentrate which makes me stress more and gain more weight.
.I have been over weight for years because I put my family first and I make no me time.I just started do 5 minutes at a time of exercise so that at least I can start some where because I feel if I don't I will not live be here for my kids in the future.

I’m on a weight loss journey. I’ve lost about 8 pounds so far, not my goal, but I’m getting there. Sometimes it’s really hard cause I’ve been here before. A couple of years ago I lost a lot of weight and I had the perfect weight/body for me, but then some terrible things happened and I gained all that weight again. I feel this time is different because I’m working out everyday (my current streak is 42 days), and in the past I could never workout for more than a week in a row. I’m also drinking enough water everyday (my streak is 329 days and counting, another victory for me) and eating better, things I couldn’t do years ago. Sometimes it’s really hard because I feel like I will never get where I want, but I’m trying my best to not give up. If you read this and is also struggling with your weight loss journey, never forget: you are stronger than you can imagine. Don’t let the bad thoughts define who you are. It’s a bad day, not a bad life. I believe in you. We got this

I want to share my weight loss journey to give you a little motivation.
I've never been thin. Even since I was born. I always heard the word fat in school. So, at the age of 14, I gained 70 kg. I was very, very upset. Then, from that day on, I started doing exercises, I wanted to try a diet. So in 6 months I gained 53 kg. I haven't reached my goal yet (goal is 48kg) but I'm happy with my result.
If you want to lose weight, choose summer season. And from fruits, reduce consumption of grapes because they contain 100% glucose

@@theoneiltvchannel775 Thanks will do x I can manage up to 4 minutes because in the gym we did this challenge with a full class of ladies most of them had their butt so high up 😂 lol 🙄 and then started coming down 🤷🏼♀️ but me and another friend of mine managed to do it perfect and lasted 4 minutes my arms did start to shake it was tough but I did it 🤪👍🏻

@@azombie7048 it's okay, I've been failing since 2017. I do it then stop it. It was really bad cycle. If you fail today start tomorrow. Don't see the dates or months. Start the next day. Even if you do video workout, do half if you can't do full. This is what I learned this whole time. Even if you do small you are doing something. It's fine and don't be harsh on yourself. Take rest if you fail. Resting can give time to your body to heal. So don't feel guilty for anything but feel grateful for what you did today. Even if you cleaned your room, you did something productive. Even if it's one thing you did something. Я делала диету,гимнастику и ходьбу,в месяц 10 кг ушло, через два месяца я снова была моделью..
Гимнастику абсолютно на все части тела 45 минут,ходьба по 2 часа в день,диета варёные овощи, яйца ( 1 в день) и пару раз в неделю немного мяса... правда я ещё и мульти-витамины пила каждый день, чтобы все витамины,минералы остались в норме...

I'm 60 kilos. I spend my whole day in the kitchen preparing food that's why I can't lose weight. Plus I don't have like that space in my house. But still i tried my best to exercise without anyone knowing it. It's really hard to mix everything. Being mother , wife and all the chores. While exercising I need to run for tge laundry, or check my food. Can't concentrate which makes me stress more and gain more weight.
Try waking up before anyone im mother of two and i know the stryggle
.I have been over weight for years because I put my family first and I make no me time.I just started do 5 minutes at a time of exercise so that at least I can start some where because I feel if I don't I will not live be here for my kids in the future.
Don't give up you can do it your time will come when you will have time for yourself.

I’m on a weight loss journey. I’ve lost about 8 pounds so far, not my goal, but I’m getting there. Sometimes it’s really hard cause I’ve been here before. A couple of years ago I lost a lot of weight and I had the perfect weight/body for me, but then some terrible things happened and I gained all that weight again. I feel this time is different because I’m working out everyday (my current streak is 42 days), and in the past I could never workout for more than a week in a row. I’m also drinking enough water everyday (my streak is 329 days and counting, another victory for me) and eating better, things I couldn’t do years ago. Sometimes it’s really hard because I feel like I will never get where I want, but I’m trying my best to not give up. If you read this and is also struggling with your weight loss journey, never forget: you are stronger than you can imagine. Don’t let the bad thoughts define who you are. It’s a bad day, not a bad life. I believe in you. We got this

I’m sure there was a very hard strict diet included within that 65 day workout because man I keep telling myself I need to get back into shape but I end up giving into laziness, I wish I was that determined I need to kick my butt in to gear which I hope these videos can help me!
