This is a realistic goal and time set! Never overwork you body and expect results in a week or so it takes time to acomplish your goals and if you over do it and cut way down on your diet, your metabolism will slow down, meaning your body will start to conserve fat because it thinks we are being starved. With that being said, don't stop or slow down, go at your pace and eat healthy! hope you all get motivated about lose weight. I promise you will get better quality sleep, more energy, and an overall feeling of "HEY! I CAN DO THIS!" If she could do it, you can too

Reducing food intake is the best way to start. Start with smaller meals per meal time. Gradually u will start eating healthy meals(most healthy meals are of low colorie. With time u wouldn't be eating too much and the weight will come off

This is great so long as your body is used to these exercises and you don't start pulling muscles. If you do these exercises in your 40's day 1 you'll be in a lot of pain with muscle pulls day 2 until about a week and a half. Take it slowly at first and do LOTS OF STRETCHING. Once you're body is used to the entropy then you can start doing 30+ reps.

I'm not so sure. She looked pregnant in the first photo. I wouldn't be surprised if she gave birth and was then getting back into shape. Getting into shape after pregnancy is hard but it is not the same as losing 50 lbs. of fat.

This is a damn hard work and you also need to work your stamina up. The hardest thing is to stand up and start. Honestly, she looks 20 years younger and she did a great job.
Everyone this is very inspiring and interesting but be warned if your up for this, don’t over do it. I’ve tried something like this then I over did it and I passed out a lot and had very bad pains everywhere, so take it slow and build it up, at first only do it a little at a time.

Por otros vídeos, la mayoría de los ejercicios se hacen de: Opción 1: 10 x 3 (10 veces x 3 series) (principiantes) Opción 2: 20 x 3 (20 veces x 3 series) (intermedio o avanzado) En cuanto a entrenamientos pues lo recomendado es hacer 3 o 4 veces a la semana. Cada quien agarra un ejercicio que le guste y lo adapta a su manera. Yo no soy experta, solo comento por algo que vi de otras rutinas de ejercicios. Espero que le haya ayudado.

Well its hard when your genetics make u fat.....its been a constant battle for me to loose weight each time i loose i gain back....its not only weight lose in life i have to focus on....there are many other things as well like career i know many gsin weight ....after 12th during graduation because of stress and stidy pressure and less time to workout... ...but....being overweight since childhood is not easy.....loosing weight and then gain back beacuse u just can't exercise 2 months before exam.....u don't know on what to focus on.....and there are other who just eat what they like and ...never gain even a single kg....isn't it unfair.....? U tell....

Weight loss is about eating balanced diet and stay active. Thats how i trim off my big mummy belly. Not go for stupid diet and harsh workout then lay down entire day I always believe workout should be fun and happy thats why i ditch away the traditional boring workout 😀

The motivation to do it daily is the biggest challenge and only you can do it. Nobody can do it for you. They can encourage you but you have to put the time and effort in and that is the struggle.
Yes..none of the clips from this channel telling us what should we eat during the days through out all the routine exercises..perhaps it just about the gym then focus on only contents about working out ..
i cant speak for what her diet was but my wife same body type and race. at 5;4 175lb in 1 year went to 138lb by doing similar workouts and her meal plan was simple. OMAD. one meal a day. however my wife didn't fully work out the whole year. im just starting my journey now!

Well its hard when your genetics make u fat.....its been a constant battle for me to loose weight each time i loose i gain back....its not only weight lose in life i have to focus on....there are many other things as well like career i know many gsin weight ....after 12th during graduation because of stress and stidy pressure and less time to workout...
...but....being overweight since childhood is not easy.....loosing weight and then gain back beacuse u just can't exercise 2 months before exam.....u don't know on what to focus on.....and there are other who just eat what they like and ...never gain even a single kg....isn't it unfair.....? U tell....

@@sakshimishra7370 hi, i know how it feels to like- dieting, exercising and yeet still cant lose weight. but about ppl who dont weight even tho they eat a lot, my friend who has fast metabolism said that they want to gain weight, but its very very hard. same with us who want to lose weight, i know u maybe feel like its unfair cuz they can eat whatever they want without gaining weight, but same with them who want to gain weight, they already eat a lot but didnt even gain like any kgs, and they must've say the same thing us you. so lets just b happy with our metabolism or our body! u can do it maam! believe in urself, do this for ur own self! u can do it, dont give up okay💕

Weight loss is about eating balanced diet and stay active. Thats how i trim off my big mummy belly.
Not go for stupid diet and harsh workout then lay down entire day
I always believe workout should be fun and happy thats why i ditch away the traditional boring workout 😀

Yes..none of the clips from this channel telling us what should we eat during the days through out all the routine exercises..perhaps it just about the gym then focus on only contents about working out ..
i cant speak for what her diet was but my wife same body type and race. at 5;4 175lb in 1 year went to 138lb by doing similar workouts and her meal plan was simple. OMAD. one meal a day. however my wife didn't fully work out the whole year. im just starting my journey now!
