ACAI BOWL 2 frozen bananas 150g frozen blueberries 2 tbsp acai powder 45ml water (3 tbsp) granola (optional) SANDWICH sourdough bread vegan pesto (sundried tomato) 1 avocado cherry tomatoes (or any) sprinkle of salt pea shoots CHIA SEED PUDDING WITH MACHA COCONUT CREAM 2 tbsp chia seeds 125g fresh or frozen raspberries 2 tbsp porridge oats 1/2 banana water from tin of full fat coconut milk half the cream of the tin of full fat coconut milk 1 tsp macha powder 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
N G They are known worldwide, but pesto can be bought only locally.. Also they have a restaurant where they serve dishes they represent/unreveal here.. I would love to buy that pesto sometimes and even more so I would love to visit that awesome restaurant. But I live in Cyprus and it will not happen any time soon :)
Ah sorry, thought you might be in Ireland too. I buy their products here and also visited their restaurant. It is really amazing, and everyone visiting Ireland should visit it.
I know many people who don't eat breakfast including myself much of the time. I figured out that part of the reason maybe because people like myself enjoy a Savory breakfast and don't have a lot of time to cook. We don't think that we can eat the leftover soup from last night or make a sandwich for breakfast but leftovers and sandwiches make for a wonderful Savory breakfast. We need to change our thinking around what a meal should be.
Had an Acai bowl just this morning, mixed it with some almond milk instead of water, topped with fruits. Love that since I just can't eat oatmeal every morning. Would also love to see more sandwich ideas in the future since I often lack of ideas
Smoothie bowls made with frozen bananas are amazing. I live in South Florida and I eat them for dinner regularly in the hotter months. I just add some kale or spinach, berries, chia & hemp seeds, then top with walnuts and/or granola and it's a healthy refreshing dinner.
YO DUDES!Welcome from Brazil and our açaí absolutely, definitely amazing! Here in the southeast area,São Paulo state we usually have it sweet with granola, banana and strawberries. On the other hand in the north is traditionally eaten with a sort of cassava flour, and it's not sweet!Hugs.
gold glitter u do know that their pronunciation is completely normally (slightly Irish) right? Other countries are really weired... but not the UK and Ireland (last is open for debate 😉)
You guys are so funny, sorry I don't know your names but the one I the shirt went to get the spoon so he can put the cream on top but the other brother didn't let him hahaha and done it himself, you guys are so funny
Super easy to make. And no oil needed, either. Just blend in a food processor or bkender: a can of garbanzo beans (or cook them yourself), lemon juice from 1-2 lemons, about 2 tablespoons tahini, salt and garlic to taste and maybe a little water just to achieve the right consistency. It is so much healthier to make it yourself. Store bought is usually drowned in oil. I make it but have to adjust each ingredient differently each time. You can then mix in roasted red peppers or pesto if you want to give it a fun flavor, or just enjoy it "plain"
Guys. Love your videos. Do you have a recipe for gluten/yeast free banana or blueberry pancakes? I tried to adapt recipes on the internet but they were soggy or burnt :(
I do my sandwiches almost the same way but the thing is in my experience its really hard to eat because everything , especially the tomatoes falls out when you bite into it
Looks fab, but since I've gone vegan, my sugar intake has gone up. How do I address this? Most of these recipes have a high glycemic index😔. They taste so good though
I’ve seen them use that pesto a couple times and it looks so good, I’ve personally only seen the green kind used in pastas, does anybody know the name of this red pesto?
Have you tried frying it up with a bit of soy sauce? Makes it almost taste like meat (if you're into that) and gives it a nice colour. Crispy is definetly the way to go with tofu (at least for me)
Tofu is the ultimate mop 😂😍 It's a great sponge for other flavours! By itself, its not exactly a flavour sensation. Marinade that bad boy in something strong! Or use it in a tofu scramble or omelette? In dessert!? It's so versatile. Obviously 😉 these guys have some great recipes, "hot for food" and "cheap lazy vegan" have some great tofu recipes as well!
Any way yI u could stop using plastic for your products? Recycling is not the answer to our current climate crisis, we need to stop using all fossil fuel based packaging. Thanks 💕
In that part of the world (Ireland, as well as other countries) it is common to say "brekky" for breakfast - they're not being condescending or trying to save time! 😂

I agree! I also like the Japanese idea of breakfast as miso broth, steamed rice, veggies, green tea

it's nice that you guys pronounced it correctly: açaí.
I do my sandwiches almost the same way but the thing is in my experience its really hard to eat because everything , especially the tomatoes falls out when you bite into it
Dessert or breakfast?!? 🙉🙈💖💖💖 good for both!

Looks fab, but since I've gone vegan, my sugar intake has gone up. How do I address this? Most of these recipes have a high glycemic index😔. They taste so good though

Steel cut oats are gluten free.
Amazing !!!:))
I'm not a pesto fan but olive tapenade or artichoke pate would be nice instead... :-)
I would so love this without the background music.
Is that an Icebreaker shirt I am spotting? ^^

Poor people who arent mexican. I ate about 2 kilos of avocado a week.

Hate avocado
Just say breakfast, your audience is not 5 year old and you don't save that much time
In that part of the world (Ireland, as well as other countries) it is common to say "brekky" for breakfast - they're not being condescending or trying to save time! 😂
Thank you :)
