IN this video I smoked cream cheese and tried it on crackers and bagels. I smoked this cream cheese at 250 degrees in mesquite pellets for 2 hours. let it cool for a minute or two and dig in!!

All that was missing from the eating montage was a slow down and sexy music! Glad that you loved it as much as you do :D
I did indeed thanks so much for the suggestion. I'll keep that in mind for future videos 😭😭 that would be awesome
I love how you touched every part of it with your fingers
Hahaha maybe a bit excessive
Nick, you knocked that ending out of the park. I was rolling! That is why you are officially my favorite you tuber! Keep it up brother.
That's an honor bro! Glad you like the videos :D I'm taking the next three weeks before I move to try and make a new video almost everyday. I don't ever want to miss a week again. It's honestly so fun making these videos. I made your chorizo poppers by the way. That video will be out in two weeks!
@@Nicks-BBQ I am soo glad. I was actually missing your vids. I had my buddy at work asking me "wats up with Nick, he hasn't posted a video" I am soo excited to watch that chorizo video! You da man!
@@orlandorivera164 wow that's so cool for me to hear. Tell em I'm back :D it was so stressful remodeling the house. We moved out most of our stuff. I barely even cooked food for 3 weeks let alone smoke something. But that's all done now.
@@Nicks-BBQ Holy crap that must have been tough. But you know I'm watching these Packers! They are going to beat the Cardinals! Have a good bro!
@@orlandorivera164 have a good one!
That bagel had a family and you killed it! 🤣🤣🤣🤣. That smoked cream cheese looks delicious!
Hahaha yeah they gone now! It is delicious and super easy!
I’m trying this smoked cream cheese in the jalapeño poppers tomorrow, along with the pulled pork recipe! Should make for a damn good meal, thank you again!
That will absolutely make for n amazing meal! I used the cream cheese in poppers too and it was so awesome. You can totally tell there's extra smoke on it. You're welcome!
Good job Nick,I'm going to try it. Home Run.
Hope you enjoy!
Jalapeño jelly is the topper lol.
I think it was a raspberry salsa but that sounds delicious also
Don’t stress if you mess up meat if you can’t salvage the cook, make smoked jerky. Just remember that when you cut it for jerky you want to go with the grain and not against it like you typically would.
That's an amazing tip! thank you
Nice video! Keep up the good work.
Thank you!
love the content Nick, i'm gonna try it
Thanks for talking about your failures (brisket), I know you're salty about it, but it's encouraging to others when things don't always go right
Hey John! Thanks for the compliments :D sadly they don't always go right. In my case I only put up what's good. But I can still talk about my mistakes lol. The cream cheese is killer. Hope you enjoy it!
Make sure pellet bun is full for a brisket. PB almost needs an agitator in the bin to stop the funnel affect. Always clean off your internal temp sensor helps to keep consistent temps. Have had best smoke ring results with cherry wood pellets.
Thanks for all the tips! I'll defintly have to try cleaning the sensor.
Your reaction was about like mine. It’s a dang flavor bomb.
Heck yeah. Goes great in so many dishes
Looks damn good
It is a delicious snack and yet so easy to make!
Best part of the video: the assault
Hahaha yeah poor bagel. Got wrecked!!
So what was the temp settings and how long was it on
250 for about an hour.
So it did absorb a good amount of smoke?
Yeah it definitely did. 90 minutes-2 hours at 250 or 225 have been really good to me. If you let it sit in the fridge a day or two it gets even more pronounced. Had it with crackers a few days after I filmed the video and it was awesome. On a bagel was killer!
@@Nicks-BBQ I think I'll try it soon. Simple but good snack idea.
Temp?
250
My unattended car drove off a cliff.
Lolol
