As a Korean I gotta say that seafood pancake looks pretty bad but Im happy its in here nonetheless
main issue is that there should always be lots of spring onions/scallions on the pancake as its called seafood pajeon and not just seafood jeon also the pancake should be thicker and fluffier as they thought it was a tortilla ish thing

Oh it definitely does, our cultures and history are deeply intertwined and related-however one of the distinct feature of Portuguese food that we kind of mark with pride is the sheer amount of seafood, even a bit more so than Spain, which comes with the nature of pretty much just being a coastline. I guess someone didn’t do their research when preparing the map for this episode…. Newfoundland (on the very east coast of Canada) Should in fact be coloured red like the rest of the country, as it has been a part of Canada since 1949. On a side note Newfoundland is what it is today because of their fishing culture. They have wonderful local seafood meals such as fish and brewis, salt fish and drawn butter and more. Those meals would’ve added to this episode immensely as they are very unique dishes native only to there.
They also forgot a huge part of Nunavut in the north... major failure. But it's not the first time this group show complete disrespect for Canada - usually it's Link, not it's the whole production team 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Please tell me yall bought the haemulpajeon (seafood pancake) cause that was a depressing looking one. It shouldn't be that thin and empty. It should be fluffy but crispy and every inch should be covered in seafood and green onions.

Link’s biggest crux in this game is going second. He forgets how to play the game and attempts to get closer to *his* answer rather than winning the game. When Link goes first, the game is much more competitive as Link doesn’t overthink or compare his answers to Rhett

Especially since a classic French seafood dish, coquilles st jacques, is made with scallops and Gruyere cheese, and if that snooty waiter was all that, he'd have known it.
