When it ended, I thought it was still part of the meditation, the silence, and I was wearing headphones so I could hear sounds my own body made and kind of a cicada-like drone, very high-pitched, then something very like a little bird call in the distance. There's a lot in the inside! And outside's so far away, as Jethro Tull would say.
upon focusing on my right hand i felt tiny streams flowing into my awareness, i held this bewildering sensation for about 10 seconds and energy started to enter my left foot i sensed a foot cramp coming on and got so excited that i might actually create pain from mind alone! my question concerns why my left foot was chosen could this be Hod energy being filtered out of my Hesod container? yes no maybe so? Amazing tradition, carry on with the guides. Love and Peace to all :)
At 30.53, the watersound in the background goes totally silent, and then begins again. It felt like a vacuum and interrupted the process. It became obvious that its a sound loop and removed the calming illusion of being by the creek. Good acknowledgement for me, where do i place my trust. But it would be better without it. Thanks for an otherwise great meditation.
Is this practice also suited for beginners? I can only focus on the object of med for about 15 -20 minutes before it gets uncomfortable or my thoughts start to take over. Should I keep focusing on working my way up to one hour or are guided mediations easier to follow.
interesting scope of mind you have young one, that a mediation is rendered useless if it has been done by more than one person. In need of much assistance you are;
