  • Sitting / Breathing - a guided mindfulness meditation with Florence Meleo-Meyer of the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
    The guided meditation lasts about 40 min, and there is an additional 20 min of silence / nature for those who wish to continue their practice beyond the guided portion.

    I propose a new form of " The Voice"competition. The voice, its ease,pitch,tone, peaceful,controlled inflections are guiding the apprentice in a smooth fashion along the path,along that singing brook . Every area of the classic guided Vipassana meditation moments are covered in this superb example which rivals the best.

    This is a very good one. Everything looks beautiful right after..trees, objects all seem to just come alive. The sense of calm it gives one is amazing. Super! Thank you for this..

    Wow! I did a lot of meditations in my life already, but this time I experienced the first time how many different intensive sensations you can feel in your body and mind, even so you are just sitting. Thank you!

    I did my first MBSR. Now feeling more relaxed. I laid down for the first video and actually fell asleep feeling so relaxed. If the first video was great why not move on to the next videos
