- How do you prepare your body for the day? How you start your day is meaningful your finish.
My daily morning routine is Word, Workout and Water. It prepares me for the tasks of the day.
If I miss my routine or even some parts, my energy level is not the same.
Instead of waiting until the end of the day when your energy level is low, start fresh and create a routine. It helps you to be consistent.
