i feel like aang is not as much as a kid a kid as hes meant to be like all the fun stuff aang did in the show like riding the delivery system and going peungin sledding etc. was just completely taken out of the show and all the personality and the things that made the characters who they are was just taking out like sokka is supposed to be a sarcastic meat loving funny guy but instead hes a mature overprotective serious brother and katara is suppose to be a bossy funny mothery girl but instead shes a serious girl "that cant waterbend yet" they're the people that made the show funny and gave the show character taking away their traits and making them boring doesnt give u the right to call it avatar the last airbender‼
Yeah you’re right, team avatar just felt so hollow. They took away everyone’s flaws. Like aang wasn’t as afraid, Katara wasn’t as naively hopeful, and Sokka (while they did their best) wasn’t as close minded.
