So simple yet so good. @5762dg mentioned adding some chorizo - I was thinking using a bit of curry powder rather than paprika, topping with green onion.
BTW, I have another sushi video up. One day, when I am the videographer that you are, I'll do a full start to finish video. In the meantime, you get just the finished product. Sorry. 😐
