disagree... Tori is obviously a better piano player but Sara is a better songwriter... Tori has recorded a lot of un-listenable shite in the last 20 years following her initial two amazing albums. By the way, the same guy - Eric Rosse - was the co-writer/producer on both of their breakthrough albums, 15 years apart (1992 for Amos and 2007 for Sara).
Will Ritter it's only "unlistenable" to those that can't grasp the complexities of them. Tori is a genius. Sara is magnificent but Tori is just so methodical and an expert at her craft.
Sara used to do this on Bruinwalk in her days at UCLA. You would be walking to class, and you would have to stop and listen to her. She was amazing then.
