    As a former Montrealer, this is an excellent summary of the ideal places to visit in the city.
    Best time to visit is indeed during summer because Montreal in winter can get rough.

    9:02 best way to deal with the housing crisis is to provide shelter as a human right. Vienna, Austria is a great example of what social housing should be.

    • @pbasswil
      @pbasswil 7 днів тому

      @@joenroute9646 True, Chicago & Montrea - while both great cities - are not very comparable. And btw, there is _fabulous_ world-class cuisine available in Montreal (if you can afford that kind of thing).

      It's not even close.....Mtl blows Chicago out of the water

    • @pbasswil
      @pbasswil 2 дні тому

      @@RichFinn-ue2yw Cities aren't just contenstants in a rankings game! They're organic events in time, expressions of a population and its economy and era. Both Chic and Mtl are amazing places that you could inhabit & explore for a lifetime. (That said, you'd be considerably _safer_ in Montreal... less divide & alienation between rich & poor, races & ethnicities, educated & uneducated, etc. )
