Cinccino really came in with safer damage, higher base speed, higher base attack, better offensive movepool, better utility movepool, and item variety with abilities to support different item choices, Maushold literally only has a base power boost; 300 inconsistent max to Cincinno's 150/187 coin flip. Not exactly pure outclassing but pretty damn close.

Honesty the most appealing part about Cincinno to me is that skill link rock blast has a really good match-up into most of the common suicide leads.
Like a 85 percent chance to punish galvantula/araquinid from mindlessly clicking turn one webs is nice. You can also turn one kill kleavor and alonan ninetails leads, although you need an attack boosting item to ensure its not a roll.
