your pronounciation of Christie Monteiro is not wrong, i guess the "ei" from Monteiro could be pronounced in a more "portuguese or brazilian" way but the way you said it is alright.

RU for gen 8 and NU for gen 9 is not that bad. A more accurate wording is that Incineroar is "mediocre" in singles. For reference, out of 10 fire type starters (Hisui included), there's only 3 ranking above Incineroar, that are Cinderace in OU, Skeledirge in UU and Blaziken in UUBL. All other fire type starters are NU or below.

There’s a Quaquaval stall team in UU. It’s rocky helmet roost rapid spin I believe. I forget the other moves but I tried it out and it was pretty fun

Its bad in singles because it does not make best use of it's toolset in a single battle format, thats pretty much it imho.

The sad parte of incini, is the SR weskness, yeah, now have boots, but unlike zapdos, moltres or mandi, inicio can't recover HP, un vgc don't have that problem

It’s truly not terrible. It’s just outclassed by other fighting types like Quaquaval, Hawlucha, Zamazenta, Great Tusk, and Iron Valiant. Power creep turned solid mons that can remain OU-UU staples for the foreseeable future into underwelming mons in higher tiers.
